I ordered over $50 in food I don’t know if it was because we are Mexican but our food had so much seasoning couldn’t even enjoy our meal
Fries had extra salt they were old fries reheated n put seasoning again the our other 3 flavors were fresh
If i could give zero stars i would. I placed a order and everyone who ordered after me recieved their order and left i did not have a big order either. After sitting there 45 min i asked for a refund no one apologized or offered anything free. No one cared the manager was unprofessional everyone sucked here
I am writing to express my disappointment with the excessive loudness of the music while dining at your establishment. Our family found it difficult to enjoy our meal, and our grandparents' ears were hurting due to the high volume. We politely asked the staff at the register to lower the music, but they informed us that the volume is controlled by corporate. We kindly request that you consider adjusting the music volume to ensure a more comfortable dining experience for all patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Even amidst the hustle and bustle when I went to pick up my order, the staff remained incredibly friendly and warm. It’s heartwarming to see such kindness in a busy environment.
Ordered to go online, and it was done on time. However, the fries and wings were caked in seasoning, I don't mind a little more than normal seasoning, but I could not eat any of it at all without scraping everything off.
I ordered Wingstop from their website for my friend at home with her kids waited for almost an hour just for the order to get canceled of course I call to find out what’s going on because my card had already been charged they said that apparently DoorDash has a problem finding their location (which makes it sound like they already KNOW this is an issue so why has it not been fixed) they tell me that the food it their if we were able to pick it up but the gentleman informed me I’d be refunded regardless i obviously can’t which is why i ordered from this location online because it’s the closet to her home I called her and she put the baby asleep and couldn’t come get it I called and informed them and told them I’d like my refund. Have yet to see it will update when I receive one
Refund never received ????????♀️ take your business somewhere better like Wayne’s wings! Their wings are so much bigger and better and worth the money too! Stop wasting your money with company’s who over charge and don’t give you your moneys worth! This location will take your money and not deliver your food.
It's supposed to be the hot honey rub (dry) but got nothing but grease to many young kids that work there that don't care.
What can I say... wingstop is always as good every single time! Mango habanero is my fav. We also got the lemon pepper, milk and bar b q. The fries here are my all time fav. I got the family pack tho and two of the employees told me they would have the fries out and they NEVER brought them to the table. Oh well everything was still so good.
