TODAY WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!! First red flag, 5 workers leaned up against a car smoking in front of the building. Second red flag, The only worker still inside tells me that they are "online only" and I have to place my order online in order to honor the Tuesday special. I tried to use the site but it kept crashing. I asked her about door dash and she told me to do it that way. Mind you, theres been 4 orders placed on the register, no problem. Also, these are people that they clearly know. One guest said she came in on Sunday and the lady told her they were "Online only" and the same lady that told me today they were "online only", told her friend that their never just online!!! So clearly that's what they say to do less work or whatever they gain from lying. By then I had already placed the order on Door dash. I'm asking them so they see the order and they were acting like they were too busy to see. So when my order showed "ready" on the app, it was a pickup address in BR. I contacted Door dash to ask why that happened... RED FLAG #3!!! Door dash said the location I was at was OFFLINE!!!! They also told me I can't get a refund. So after all that, no food and I lost $15. Worst customer ever in life!!!!!!!
It was a terrible experience. The food wasn’t good at all and it was very chaotic. They had loud music playing from the back. Then they had no ranch. They had bad attitudes. And one of the worker’s daughters was in there whining the whole time. The wait was ridiculous. And they locked the doors 2 hours before closing leaving no way in or out. They had customers who had placed mobile orders knocking on the doors. I’m not one to complain at all but this was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Wing Stop in my life.
The cashier was very rude and had an attitude, like it was my fault she was here today. The place also had no A/C on it, and it felt like the heater was on actually. They had the phone just ringing, and none of them wanted to answer it they would just let it ring. The soda machine had over 75% of the drinks out. Once I got my food home, the screwed up, I didn't get the kinda fries I ordered, and they messed up on my flavors. For all i know, this isn't even my order . Don't think I will be coming g back to this location
I’m going to keep it short and blunt .. I ordered my food at 7 .. I didn’t make it home to eat until 10:45 .. Shut this place down. Initially my order was ready at 7:30. I picked it up and drove home, but when I got home I notice the order was wrong. I tried to call them to let them know it was wrong and that I was on the way back but no answer. So I drove back, & one of the workers said her manager told her that she couldn’t fix my order because it wasn’t in the bag. Because I spent OVER $40 on this food I drove back and got the bag. Upon coming back to the restaurant AGAIN, no one ever approached the counter to fix my order for at least 45 minutes. Finally I caught someone’s attention to fix it and one of the male workers said that she couldn’t help me because I spoke with a female worker earlier.. but I couldn’t speak with her because she was on break .. I waited over 3 hours for my food. This whole place is a joke in my opinion .. I would give this negative stars if I could. Especially the service .. just trash.
This location is freaking horrible! I walked in and no one was here, at 6pm. 2 workers were out back doing lord knows what. Another was up front smoking. Order was 20 late being finished. I will never come back here again. Just shut the damn doors and call it a day. The workers are terrible and they just stated you can not order at the counter. A worker...to the customer face...stated they could not take their order. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL!!!!
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Now the last 3 wind stops I’ve been to have been so terrible. The ladies are rude behind the counter, no one helps when you walk in, the music is to load, there’s a lot of loud arguing in the kitchen and with customers. I waited over 45 minutes for my order. Terrible.
First, I want to say I ordered chicken sandwich combo which is supposed to come with a drink… didn’t get that. Secondly, the wait was over 40min when I was told it’ll only take 15 minutes. Also ordered extra ranch, which I was charged for… didn’t get that. Looking at the chicken sandwich, it was not completely cooked, it was cold, bun soaked with sauce which makes it extremely soggy… absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Never received my food have been waiting since July for a refund. I have contacted corporate as well as been into the store 3 separate times and haven't even received a phone call or email.
