Always expect a long wait time if you want food between 4:30pm and 6:30pm! I’ve been waiting on a consistent basis now and I am definitely not enjoying it.
I ordered food online at 4:10pm for 4:45pm pickup, got there at 4:45pm, and didn’t get my food until 5:25pm. This 40 minute wait was the longest thus far, and I normally experience 15 or 20 minutes.
When I got there, there were only 5 people already waiting inside (one of them was still waiting when I left). By the time i left, there were around 30 people waiting for their food. I asked for free basket of fries for waiting a long time, I was told they would honor my request, but again waited 7 minutes but never got my fries, so I left.
I get home with cold fries, boneless wings had thin sauce with little flavor, and bone-in wings that were tiny. Another lady at the restaurant received cold fries and waited 5 minutes at counter to get new fries. Other people were also getting frustrated with the very long wait times. A door dash driver had to keep asking for time when his pickup would be ready. He was never given a straight or accurate answer. He was there at least 20 minutes. Now imagine the additional time to deliver already very late food to disgruntled customers hurting the driver’s reputation and negative impact on door dash’s business. Another customer inside was telling the workers she was going to cancel her order if they didn’t get their food soon due to the long wait time, too. You could easily read everyone’s negative body language of being agitated and more people were starting to vocalize their honest frustration when I left.
And when I left, the parking lot was already full and more cars were wanting to enter and park. Can’t park on the side of Hwy 20 with the right lane closed for construction, so traffic could be on the verge of being stopped if customers were not able to start leaving quickly to make space for available parking.
If you want food from this place at dinner time, expect to eat later than you want to. And expect to go home angry and your family angry because of terrible service of getting your food later than promised (and possibly not enjoyable). And then your entire night is ruined.
The food was fine. Nothing exceptional.
Chicken sandwiches are nothing special. My kids eat them. Meh. Give me a good burger any day. Almost forgot. The Ranch dressing was exceptional!
Placed an order online and got home just to realize the order was completely wrong, I mean not a single thing in the bag was right. Went back, got home and the only thing they got right this time was the fries. We ordered (my girlfriend and I) two dry sandwiches and by dry I mean they have no sauce. Tell me how I open my box and we have two wet sandwiches. They messed up the order twice, back to back even after we called and went by the store. Absolutely poor management and bad costumer service, 100% convinced they are sped.
Went there and ordered Six piece combo, boneless lemon pepper, fries, and a drink. My husband ordered eight traditional wings, atomic fries and a drink while they were out of drinks so, The machine was down. And he just kept telling me to hold on hold on and I just said I wanted my money back and then he runs the back for a good five minutes and then he goes to the machine and says it’s working, but he already said 10 minutes before that my food was ready and I didn’t want to eat food cold, so I just asked for my money back and at first he didn’t want to give me my money back then the third time I asked for my money then he gave it back. Also, when I had asked first, is there any soda everybody ignored me? They were really disrespectful
Takes about 18 mins to get your food but well worth the wait! Prices go up and down! 28 bucks for 3 people? Found out they charge for sauce if you get them plain!!!!
UPDATE: We order carryout from Wingstop and the food was 30 minutes late. We stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for our food!
Use to love Wingstop but this location has gone down hill a lot in the last few months. Seems like only one person in the whole joint could even understand English. We ordered online and still had to wait 20min, in line to get our food! They seemed very confused. Very disappointed, use to be one of my favorite locations.
My husband and I usually love eating Wingstop on “cheat days,” however, two times this year, we’ve gotten sick from mishandled poultry. I figured the first time may have been an accident, but after ordering lunch yesterday, both my husband and I are home sick from work.
Place is run down a bit. Placed a carryout order online. Took fifteen minutes past the latest pickup time before the food was done. Kind of defeats the purpose of placing an order when I have to go and wait for it. Won't be coming back here.
