Just finished our first and probably last visit to this place. I should have known better when I saw the staff member who greeted us wearing a dirty shirt, but I didn't take the hint. Their system is obviously geared toward fulfilling large online orders, which means we waited 20 minutes for our two 3-piece combos ($25) that we planned to eat in the dining area. The food was OK, although I would not recommend the Hawaiian style. Weird flavor. The "seasoned fries" were good, even if the only seasoning I could detect was salt. The dining area was not clean. The floor was dirty, the drink area was dirty, and one of the drink options was broken and had a handwritten post-it stuck to it. Seriously, if you don't want customers "dining in," just remove the tables and chairs and make the service pick-up only. Otherwise, hire a cleaning crew.
Never order online from here. Everytime we order online they take over an hour to get us our food. When we order and get there, they don’t even start working on your order until you get there. And even then, they are never working and just talking and cursing to one another. I used to love getting wings there, but with a family, I cannot be wasting more time waiting on them to do their jobs!
Constantly missing ordered items that are to be delivered by Doordash and being asked to pick them up. I paid for Doordash!!!! Very inconvenient. Do better with preparing orders for delivery.
Just a Heads up Do not order online.. I ordered and payed for my food at this location! and they had nothing on file.. so i had to wait more then a hour so they can get it together. And give me my food that i had already payed for.. never again.
My food had mold on it, the manger did say he would replace it, I give him that, however I was delivery order, in which the Cleary offer free delivery, when I called to get the meal replaced, I was told that I would have to come pick it up after I was inconvenienced the first time by not being able to eat my lunch. Yeah never ever eating here again.
Food is amazing of course. The only problem is it gets insanely packed when busy and the wait time is insane. Remodel this place and give your team space to breathe back there! They're hard workers!
The quality of the lunch was great, and the out the door temperature of the wings was spot on.
Now, the service was phenomenal! The cashier (Marcia) was courteous, most efficient, and professional. Five plus stars ???? for the service. Every establishment would benefit from more employees such as her.
the staff were rude for no reason we were just trying to inform them that their drinks tasted dirty and they got offended and started speaking in spanish calling us spoiled brats and saying we are ungrateful. overall DON’T COME TO THIS LOCATION!
