They got my order wrong two times. The first time I caught the order after I had paid for it. I did not order a combo, but that’s what they charged me for. He made no offer to correct it and they looked like they were busy so I just said.”fine”
The item I ordered was a dry rub, and the order they gave me was a sauced wing.
I understand that everybody has bad days, but two mistakes and no offer to correct before the food was even started. There are enough wing places in this town with better service, I don’t need to go here again.
Wing Doozy around the corner is a much better bet.
i ordered online for 3 tenders…. not 3 wings. so disappointed because I didn’t open until i got home. Literally the size of a wing. This is my second time getting from this location and my second problem with them. the first time they didn’t even put sauce on my wings!!!!!!
Wings are usually great and seasoned fully. The fries are garbage. This is about the 4th time I’ve requested extra seasoning and well done on the fries and they never look at the order carefully. When you consistently give me under cooked fries you get no tip! Please improve!
I came here and got a 5 piece tender and tried to get 2 different sauces for them. The person at the cash register told me that I can only pick one flavor. I then pointed at the menu where it states “any 1-2 sauces” and explained that it says that I can choose two different sauces on the menu. He responded angrily and I couldn’t understand what he was saying because of a thick accent and I asked him to repeat what he said and he continued to be rude and respond angrily. Hopefully the food is good but extremely bad service!
This place is terrible! Ordered on app said 16-21 minutes. Arrived to 8 people standing around and 3 workers running around making orders as people arrive. Still standing here going on 40 minutes since order was placed and nothing. No one is saying anything. This is the worst place on earth. If I hadnt prepaid I would be gone by now. Never ever again. Avoid this place!
So I went here last week. Totally stoked to try wing stop for the first time. It was a total bummer we placed our order for pick up and headed there immediately as it was a 20 minute drive and was supposed to be ready about that time. My fiancé went in to grab it and he didn’t come back with our food until about 20 minutes later. They did give him a free brownie for the wait but the fry’s were super cold and soggy as we ordered buffalo ranch fries. which were literally buffalo sauce and ranch on top which honestly probably wouldn't be too bad if the fries were hot. My fiancé said there was a hard language barrier as well but understood what was going on. It’s alright just not as amazing as what everyone raves about
Overall not impressed, tried this instead of "Wing Doozy" (that is almost next door), but will be returning back to there. I've never had it before, but I don't think I got the sauce I ordered but it's my first time here. I eat spicy food, but highest level "atomic" was very sweet and no spice if that was the right sauce.
Also, I recommend "Welcome to wing stop, can I have a name for the order?", instead of waiting for someone to start their order...and then cutting them off with "NAME?". (happened to all 4 of us at lunch)
Kay went above and beyond when my order was accident sent to the wrong location. She was kind, understanding and did not treat me like I made a mistake. The food was hot, fresh and amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
