So I start this review off by saying the “update” they have done to this location is the worst decision to be made. Second I came in around 11pm to pick up a already placed mobile order mind you I didn’t leave my house til 25mins after it was placed due to knowing they take a while even after I got there I along with a few other customers were ignored once again mentioning the new “updated” glass the employees can’t hear anything the customers are saying. I asked the girl if my order was ready, being I was there an additional 20mins I was ignored again. Finally a young man helped me and got my order that had been sitting on the rack for about 15mins. All I have to say is they need to look into an attitude adjustment for the staff! (8/16/24)
Ordered online, they do not accept online payments. I'm not sure how it works, do they put your order in when you pay at the store or when it is sent?
It was busy Friday afternoon. I knew there would be a bit of a wait (that's every Wingstop). All the staff were busy. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh (greasy as always). The tea was fantastic.
I tried to post this not just for free fries!! Just being real! Great food ! Great Taste! The Crew is Awesome, Respectful, and very helpful! Clean Place to Buy food for lunch and dinner ???? ???? or just for a tasty smck time
Placed a mobile order at this store and waited about 20-30 min to leave my home, even after waiting that long i arrived and order was not ready i waited another 20 minutes in the store and they hand me the order… wrong order and incomplete. When i mentioned i was missing items now they say ill get you the rest right now. Another 20 minutes pass and i still have nothing. So i ask its been so lo g since i received my order is it ok if i get a fresh batch my food is cold waiting on the new wings if i knew id tell them make me a whole fresh order. All of a sudden i complain my food is cold and i see them running to put together my wings. I didnt want the cold wings at all now they offer a refund today the charges posted on my account, they did not refund the order. I will be letting everyone and anyone know about this location. Still expecting a refund from this location.
First time visiting this location at County Square Shopping Plaza,Clean Environment, Very Organized,Very Helpful Staff Members ,Quick Service, Freshly Cooked Food,Unlimited Parking Spaces: it’s located in side a plaza ¬ visible from street view. I totally recommend their (Buffalo ????️or Lemon ???? Pepper Chicken ????Wings) , I ordered from here during SUPER BOWL weekend they didn’t disappoint me ????????
Please listen to the bad reviews and skip this location!! To make a long story short, the wings has ALOT of feathers on them which is absolutely disgusting. My fries were way under cooked and I requested them to be well done. The chef sent it back over loaded with salt in all layers to the point where it was inedible as well. hard pass!
The absolute worst Wingstop, I’ve ever been to, with the worst lowdown, dirty employees I’ve ever seen in my life. There was absolutely zero customer service, and my bag was filled to the bottom with sauce all inside leaking all over my car from the paper bag it literally made no sense, why there was like half a cup full of wet lemon pepper sauce, leaking all outside of the bag. This place is filthy overpriced, and not worth it go to your local pizza place for wings or drive to the next Wingstop. But this place for sure should be shut down.!!! Not only was the wings not worth it, and overpriced with bad service, now I have wing sauce all over my car that leaked through the paper bag
Todays crew 7/26/23 4:30pm is the best. Fries and chicken came out at the same time. Didn’t take long either. Garlic parm sprinkled to perfection. Even tast like fresh oil was used. Enjoyed the music so much I dined in along another table complimenting service. Perfecto!!!
