I don't typically visit this establishment unless I am traveling to compare the food consistency with the original location in Atlanta. However, a colleague loves this place , so I decided to give it a try. While the staff were courteous, I found their service to be slow, and there appeared to be a lack of motivation and attentiveness to cleaning, this includes the manager.
Additionally, I noticed that the manager did not wear gloves while handling the chicken, although I did see him wash his hands before assisting at the cash register.
While I have heard positive comments regarding the food quality, my experience with the service and overall presentation has left me unable to fully assess it.
As such, I cannot recommend this establishment at this time.
3x well done on the order, rung up asked for dry well done and my wings are wet, my cashier was Sophia. I told her multiple time dry well done,
After 63 minutes of waiting on a sit down order the picture shows what I have! NOTHING! The wings are good (meaning 3.5/5) but the wait is ridiculous! And when you order they don’t even let you know that it is going to be 1/2 of forever wait. Also, there was literally ZERO people inside when we got here. If I could give 0/5 stars I would
Placed an online order and it said 28-33 minutes. What a lie that was waited in there for almost 30 minutes. 10-15 other people waiting. 15 minutes into my wait I repeated my order name to only find out “waiting on fries and corn” so they had our chicken sit in a bag getting cool waiting for another 15 minutes. Seemed like the employees don’t take their job seriously and it’s a hangout. Told my family I will never get their food again because this is the 3rd time I stand waiting 30-60 minutes and they don’t care at all. I never leave reviews unless it’s great but felt the need after this experience and seeing so many people waiting. Felt terrible for the poor door dash guy that came in 3 times to check on an order. I would refuse to do pickups there if I was a door dash driver. I hope the owner reads these reviews so they could try to improve their business. Start with the employees…
If I could give this establishment a 0 stars I would. We placed our order at 2:47 pm . We didn’t get our food until 3:45pm. Our food was $35 for these small wings then to make matters worse people were standing around. It seemed like only one person was working Priscilla who rung up the order seemed to be condescending. She didn’t seem to be professional . She seemed very sassy . The wings are small seemed more like drummets. The fries were hard . The drummets were overcooked . To wait over an hour for food & the food is overcooked is diabolical. We’ve came here a few times & always tried to give them the benefit but after today never again. Wingstop has gotten ridiculous with the small wings. Their prices has went up while you get less. If your on a time constraint don’t go here . You will wait a long time even if you call in your order. Whoever is the owner of this establishment I suggest you go check out your place because the people running it don’t give professional. Never never again. O/10 stars ⭐️.
Picked up a 30 piece crew pack from Wingstop tonight and the girl Gabby (I think that was her name) she was SO SWEET. She also made sure my request to have half my wings tossed in half lemon pepper/hot was fulfilled. She was incredibly kind to me when I called to place the order & when I went inside to pick it up. I hope management gives her some kudos. She was awesome!
OVER 40 MINUTES WAIT for two 5 piece tender small meals. Absolutely ridiculous service.
Had over 10 customers come in after us and got their meals before us. Asked the girl at the front register that was more busy flirting with the customers how much longer it was gonna be and she went to check - they hadn't even started our order. Had to wait another 15 minutes before we got it. Was waiting with another young girl that had ordered online ahead of time and she still had to wait a good half hour too.
Manager was just standing and chatting around with the workers not even bothering to check the orders or customers. Obnoxious service. Do not recommend.
I don’t know how this place is rated at a 2.9. My experience was great. The food wonderful customer service was awesome and my order was ready in a timely manner with fresh fries Gaby was a breath of fresh air. I ordered a 30 piece 20 lemon pepper and 10 garlic Parm both were 10 out of 10 and the ranch as always on point. I placed my order around 6:20 and set for pick up at 7:15. Received a call at 7:20 to remind me my order was ready, I have no complaints. This experience was a 10 out of 10 five star review.
