If I could give this crew tonight 10 stars I would. This was by far the best Wingstop meals that I’ve ever had in my life. Normally go to Wingstop locations and receive average customer service and average food. But tonight this crew working at the Southgate Wingstop there’s nothing but five stars for each worker that is working. Food was absolutely fantastic. They gave you your moneys worth, and to top it off their customer service made it even more worth it. Gentleman at the customer service cash register was outstanding He is definitely the right person at the front counter. Great service and great food by this crew tonight.
heavy makeup can’t do her job but make rude comments toward the customers and talk to her coworkers. It’s ridiculous how she couldn’t even stir sugar in the tea but will go around the lobby saying it stinks…no girl that’s just you and your stinky attitude. NO customer wants to smell your musky perfume that you’re spraying around the lobby. It’s time to lay off makeup and focus on your work ethic instead. It’s embarrassing.
All of my fries and wings were still raw! This place is trash the employees are rude and unprofessional with their rude little comments and just looking at you with a blank stare and expecting you to read their minds. They need a whole new crew
Take your business elsewhere!!! This is the worst Wing Stop I’ve been to. Service was slow, yet it took about 25 mins to get our order on a mellow Sunday. The food was extremely salty. The salt was definitely at a level that could harm someone who could not consume high amounts of salt. There was oil dripping off the tenders, a massive oil puddle at the bottom of the paper bowl, and all the tender pieces looked like they were a day old. Fries were just as salty and soggy from the oil. We literally could not eat the food and tossed all of it away. It was disgusting completely inedible.
Management, take a close look at the food you are serving this community. You should be ashamed.
They made my wings damn near perfect. Fries were abundant and crisp. Ranch is well you know WINGSTOP RANCH. The staff was nice and apologized for the long wait on my food. Only thing is I wish the lemon pepper wings had more rub on them. Im gonna come to this location much more.
I have ordered from this Wingstop location twice in the last month. Each time the food was excellent and the staff was attentive.
The only thing that I think could use improvement from this location is that they need to clean the inside and outside of the store because there's definitely some gunk all around. I really hope to have a good consistent business experience with this location.

UPDATE: Apparently I need to start checking my orders because the last 3 times I've ordered from this location the order is incorrect. I don't know if there is a communication problem with their online ordering system or if they just don't read what comes out on the receipt but it's becoming frustrating.

Extremely dirty! The got my order completely messed up and didn’t give even sauce the wings with the correct sauce., let alone enough of it. Won’t be eating here ever again. Hope you dont either!
The guy taking our order looked like he didn’t want to be there. Kept being on his phone and had us standing there waiting to be able to take our order. Tables were all dirty I had to clean my own table. Soo not worth the price of the food
