Best WLM Reviews
Last night I picked up food for my daughter the staff was nice and very respectful. Tonight I picked up food. New staff but still very nice and respectful. Staff is AMAZING and always on ponit. Food AMAZING ALSO
They didn't even bother tossing my wings, and my fries were cold. I filled out a corporate comment card online and wasn't even contacted.
I got what I ordered and it looked good. But the floor was greasy, the tables dirty, and the food was served on a used tray. Don’t risk it.
I ordered a 24-pack of wings, but 3 were missing. On top of that, 9 of the wings were plain, even though I didn’t order 9 plain wings. When I called the restaurant, they told me to come and pick up the 3 missing wings. It’s too far for me to go back just for 3 wings, but the person on the phone hung up before I could explain. Save your money—this place gets orders wrong and doesn’t seem to care about fixing their mistakes.
This place is filthy dirty and how disgusting to see the cook cleaning with no gloves while my wings were frying and didn’t even wash his hands after. I don’t think it’s safe to have chemicals near the food preparation area.
I was turned away because they had a big order with an apology while laughing. The whole crew was just kinda standing around. There were 2 other customers in store... sent my business to chipotle. I won't be back to wings stop. I had a craving too... very disappointed.
Well, they have a good meal deal BUT we waited at least 5-10 minutes to order, and not really a line. Next the lady at the counter was rude and has horrible customer service. We paid cash and the lady did not volunteer to give us our change . I told her we had 1.61 in change owed back. She gave us a dollar, then handed us 50 cents and said don't worry about it. Learn to give the correct change, learn customer service, and you will see tips. My husband recommended this place because last time the man that waited on him was great and friendly. Don't know where the nice guy was but he was needed today. No one was eating in the restaurant this evening which I thought was odd.
I swear they wouldn't receive ANY stars from me . This is the closest wing stop to my house . And every time I order food from here they NEVER get my order right. For instance the last time I went my boyfriend and I got 2 combos and they only gave us one combo. Did even realize til we got home and had to go back . The time before that the boneless wings were barely even edible because the meat wasn't cooked through . I keep giving them chances because I love seeing a black staffed establishment but they constantly mess things up. They need to tighten up fr fr. I'm definitely done ordering from here and will just go without Wingstop . Which is frustrating because it's been one of my main cravings this pregnancy but I'm also tired of my food either missing or not correct . I only order from this Wingstop due to its proximity to my house but at this point I have given chance after chance after chance and they still can't seem to get it right .
