Best WLM Reviews
Absolute waste of money this place is, this location either needs all new staff or shut down. Ordered garlic Parmesan wings and the incompetent employees behind the counter ran out of garlic, so they smothered the wings in butter and put Parmesan cheese over top.
Only issue, they don’t have the all flat option on the app and when you call the number the automated service answers and you get no where. They ask you what you want you hear a whole bunch of clicking and that’s it. Imma all flat type of person and I just end wanted to order my food before I got there to avoid the wait but I guess not, But the chicken good fry’s are ight the ranch is A1 and the drinks are drinks ????
I knew it would be a long wait. That's fine. So there's that. Turns out our chicken tenders and wings were fire. So delicious. No complaints there. The fries... burnt to a crisp I couldn't even eat them. Im not saying we're won't order again, just saying check your order before you leave the store.
This was my first time I been to WingStop and it was fire 4sho, they was so fast and good it blow my mind. Thanks to the shift that working at 6:38 pm on 4/27/2024 my little man birthday y’all did it up. Thanks crew from the vill
Warning ⛔️ never order from the Hope Mills Wingstop - service & manager attitude unprofessional. They have zero quality control nor. Order will be short & manager attitude is unacceptable. Manager said no refund; no re-delivery basically stuff it customer. Say far away - I’ll never order from Wingstop again. Don’t need a Company that willing takes advantage of senior citizens.
First time here, cashier did let us know there was a 30 minute wait for food to get made before she took the order, which we were ok with. We ordered 3 wing combos, $54. We waited 1hr 12 minutes. They had forgotten the fries. Which they were nice to fix them right away. But this fries were dark like they get cooked together with the chicken grease. Not the fries like the menu. And the wings were at room temperature. Not the experience I was looking for, but will give you a praise for the hard working people working there.
Poor service, don’t go. There are other wing stops that can do better. This place half ass everything. They gave my dasher a hard time getting my order, mind you they close at 12AM I ordered at 11PM. Do better and get it together. Very lazy.
I’m actually a fan of wing stop but this location is just not it. I live 25min away from this location and when I got home I was so disappointed. My boyfriend got the 10 wing combo and I got the 6 wing combo. We both did not finish more than two wings. The wings were sitting in a puddle of oil and almost every wing I bit into was pink and/or not cooked long enough. it grossed me out so I didn’t finish it. After calling the store, the lady gave me a refund. She was very understanding which was nice but it still sucked because I was hungry and it’s already too late to grab a quick bite from somewhere else.
