Went to Wingstop today because of all of the raves about how good their food is worst $20 I ever spent I can’t even get the greasy awful taste of that food out of my mouth. I’ve brushed my teeth I’ve floss and the nastiness will not go away I want to call and get my money back And age $20 worth of every kind of chicken wing. They had all the boneless chicken, lemon pepper, honey some kind of hot. I don’t know it was fried in Greece and then a bunch of sauce just thrown on top fries were cold. The only thing that was good was the seasoning that was on the french fries and I live three minutes or less from the new Wingstop in Hixson .
I don't think I've ever been so excited to leave a review. This store deserves 5 stars in all categories. You might have a bit of a wait but the food is fresh and hot every time. The employees are nice, and the store is clean. We've always been greeted with courteous, attentive workers but honestly so what if it looks like they don't want to be there sometimes? This store is BUSY. Not only are there a lot of customers but each customer is buying a lot of food. I'd be exhausted and wanting to go home too. Go in, be nice, be patient, and you'll have a good experience. If you go in expecting drive thru pace you're going to have a distorted view of their quality.
I called and some woman answered the phone. She had a chipper customer friendly voice but was so rude. I was calling to make sure they didn’t forget any items before it went out for delivery because in the past I’ve spent over $50 and didn’t get everything I paid for. At the end of me explaining this to her, she said “Ok. You have a goodnight!” I asked for her name, and she then hung up. I called back and the call was ignored. And then she answered after I called for the 3rd time. I asked for her name again and told her how rude and unprofessional it was for her to hang up on me, she then said, “I’m not giving that information out” , I asked for a manager and she said that I was speaking to one and then said “Have a good night!” And hung up again. I know several of the employees there and it was obvious she was new and lying, because they always give out their names with no problem. I’m sure she won’t last long with that attitude. Definitely happy I called first, saved us $70 bucks :)
I placed my order online at 9:40 PM and said my food will be ready by 10:15 1020 and did not get ready until 1037 or a little later after and I get home. None of my wings are in the dang bag they only gave me my corn fries, my ranch and blue cheese and nothing more and my drinks, but there were so many people inside that building where everybody could’ve worked as a team and got anything and everything out but I still waited almost 45 minutes from my meal, and I didn’t even get the proper food I called to let them know that and the lady on the phone specifically said oh there is or her wings right there I said well I’m gonna go back and they were trying to tell me the manager wants to speak to me in a little bit because they are busy, but I told her it doesn’t matter if the manager wants to speak to me, I’m getting my food. I spent $30 on the meal. Eyewitness that they were busy, but they were getting everybody in and out. They just threw me to the side like three people came in after me and got all their meals and I’m still sitting here waiting with my meal said it was gonna be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t, and they didn’t even give me my proper food that I paid for I had to drive back to the business to get my actual food order.
I thought I was going to get a great review because the staff and the manager were all so nice but then I got to the food and just no. We got 4 sandwiches and they were all 4 cold and gross. The chicken that was on the sandwiches was so tiny that you could taste more bun than meat. We got fries and they tasted like they had been sitting all day. My friends girlfriend got wings and she said they weren't worth the price and were dry. She had to do a mobile order some place else. I threw one sandwich away after one bite because i was nasty. I definitely will not ever be going back. Waste of money.
Terrible experience. Food was cold and took over an hour to get to my house. Also, my order was missing 8 wings! I ordered the 15 wing group meal for my family (comes with 15 wings, large fry, and a drink). I order for delivery because we have no mode of transportation at the moment. When my food was delivered I received 7 wings and a small fry. I called to see if I could get my other eight wings and was told I had to come up to the store to show my receipt. Do not recommend ordering from this location
Wingstop always a late night favorite. I came in pretty last minute and Goddess greeted me first and then the rest of the team. Awesome crew! Give Goddess a raise!!! Food is always delicious and on point
We waited 1.5 hours for our order. It was due to be done at 7:45 and we left at 9:30. The girl at the registers was nice, but according to the other people in the store the manager was picking over orders instead of doing them as they came in and that’s why me and several other people waited for hours on our food. They also said he had an attitude with his coworkers. It seemed severely understaffed for the constant stream of people coming in and out.
