Ordered online - apps easy to use and gave us an expected wait time of about 15-20 minutes. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant cashier who told us that our food was being worked on. We proceeded to wait for about 45 minutes while we watched people who arrived after us pick up their food and leave. We had orders for several different people, and none of it was labeled, which made it a little difficult to figure out which food belonged to which person. For example, it was hard to tell the difference between hot buffalo and mild buffalo sauce if it's not labeled. The wings were mediocre at best. Looked like they had poured some sauce in the wax paper then thrown the wings on top of that. They weren't even coated in the sauce - basically had to do that ourselves once we got the food. The sauce is average at best. The mild buffalo tasted like someone took regular buffalo sauce and watered it down. Save yourself some time and money - avoid eating here. We won't be back.
I went back again and I loved it. I was greeted soon as I walked through the door. A lady with brown hair was really polite and attentive. It’s cool inside. It was clean. The tables were clean as well. I’m writing this Oct 21st, 2024 @ 6:31pm for this location.
Do not go here ever not even if you have a coupon and it is free. The service, management included is terrible and rude. Common sense, if you have several people waiting for orders simply say, "I'm sorry, we are backed up or short handed we will get it out as soon as we can." That would be better than being ignored and then given an attitude because you have the audacity to be hungry and thought you could order food and actually get it. The young lady walked off and proceeded to talk under her breath. The manager hid in the back the whole time versus dealing with the unsatisfied people waiting for their food. One young man used his whole lunch break to wait. I don't know how many people it takes to fry wings, but they had more than enough. Maybe they had to go catch the chickens I am not sure. I don't even know how they are in business still because even though I only go here twice a year.... it hadn't change. Throw the baby out with the bath water and rerun it!
NEVER go here. If I could give this negative stars, I would. When I initially arrived they were backed up and told us it'd be a slight wait, which was fine.
After an hour and a half, we finally received our order just for it to be wrong. I asked for boneless wings as well as a different rub than given and went to explain. I was told by the lady at the register (the only helpful person) that if I was willing to wait some more, they would correct the mistake. I waited another 30 minutes to then be told the managers decided they would NOT be correcting their mistakes. I would have been less upset had I been told no initially, rather than have waited for nothing. I was overcharged for the wrong wings just to have my time wasted trying to fix a simple mistake, because 2 separate managers decided they didn't care. Based on the amount of customers that were waiting and also complaining, it’s safe to assume this is a very common occurrence. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment in my life, save your money and time.
I was told my order was ready online, then when I arrived was told to casually wait 30 more minutes. 50 minutes passed.. I was given an apology but icing on the cake they forgot my fries. Oh & even better currently been on hold for 15 minutes. Don’t take someone’s money if you can’t provide the service.
Today my daughter treated me to Wing Stop. Never had it before was the first time. My daughter got the Mango Habanero wings and I got the chicken sandwich combo meal. Everything was cook to order and super fresh. One of the best chicken sandwiches I ever had. I got to try one of my daughters wings and that was delicious. Sweet then came the spicy kick! Service was great. My only complaint was tables and drink station needed a wipe down but in defense there was only one person working there and she did a wonderful job!
I ordered at 11:14 when they close at 12 and they had to refund my order when I got there at 11:45 because we "made the order too late" like..... an hour before closing is too late???? Why are all foods places not only closing earlier but also closing their kitchen earlier, this was NEVER a problem before lol. I know it's not the workers fault but whoever manages the system could at least make it to where it won't allow you to order if they can't make your food so we don't drive all the way just to be told no
The food is good but it never fails, every time I eat here there’s an issue. Missing items, cancelling the order, even getting the entirely wrong order. If you try to call the store, they just let the phone ring. Like I said, the food is okay but it’s not worth the trouble or attitude. Won’t be ordering from here again.
