Best WLM Reviews
This place was straight ass lmao, I get it there is always a chance when getting fast food, but the management or whoever was in charge tonight gotta be trippin, if your machine out of ice, get up and refill it, I feel like I asked pretty respectfully.
But the one in charge I’m assuming, wanted to take like 20min to get up and do sum about it after her two workers cooking asked her 3 times, to fill some ice, and at that she took my cup to the back and got sum ice just to not refill the machine, how do I know she ain’t spit in my cup ??? Irky fr, then I get home and I’m given crumbs for fries and some small ass nuggets ????.
My food was cold and this was just disappointment, they need an experienced manager at this location, or just close it. ????
This was some of the worst fast food I have ever had. My kids and I couldn't even finish our meal because all of wings were sitting in a pool of grease in the container, if the wings did intact have seasoning on them it was lost somewhere in the grease. It was dirty, and truly should be inspected by the health board (we only stayed because we were very hungry and didnt have time to go somewhere else before my kids appointments). The girl working the counter was extremely rude and got frustrated with my 12 year trying to place his order...she couldn't hear him because they had the music turned up SO loud. I would absolutely give 0 stars if possible.
I generally always look at the reviews, this time I screwed up! The fact that the owner never responds to the review speaks volumes to me!
One worker during the lunch run? The wings were terrible! Overcooked big time! The "crunchy" fries were limp as noodles. We threw out the majority of a 24 piece order. Save your money, this place sucks!
I showed up here at 7 p.m. on Friday Nov 1st and the front door is locked. This was going to be the first time I ever tried Wing Stop. Very disappointing to see the staff look at me like I'm an idiot through the locked door, while I'm trying to come in and give them money. The big neon sign on the front of the store says open till midnight ????
Chicken sandwich was burnt and extremely tough. Wings we got had almost no sauce except for the 2 wings on the outside. Soda machine didn’t work, tasted nothing but carbonation and asked kid working and he said “Don’t know what to tell you”. I’d try another location. If I had enough time I would’ve asked for a refund and went to BWW.
Wings literally swimming in grease. No flavor. Worst food in a long time.
I called, and waited on the phone for 10 minutes before they answered just for them to tell me they don’t do call in orders. So we went in and stood at the register for 15 minutes and never got asked if we were picking up or needing to order, nor did we get greeted when we walked in. They need to hire more people or something because the girl that was supposed to be at the register was in the kitchen helping. Terrible service.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Extremely RUDE & LAZY employees working the front. Asked to speak to a manager & her attitude was even WORSE than the employees. Such a shame. 0/10 do not recommend this Wing Stop at all.
