So decided to take my friend and my daughter out for some wings to get us out the house. Been a rough year. Well at the 3201 Macon road Columbus Georgia wing stop as we are sitting at the table eating our food and listening to the employees make fun of my daughter. Saying she’s fat and all kinds of stuff. She is far from fat. She barely eats. Today she finally wanted Wingstop. It’s crazy that after everyone said not to go to this Wingstop that I come here and they treat us the way they did. They kept looking over and making snide comments… Yall are what’s wrong with the world. Will never eat here again and will be posting the video of what yall did on social media. And I’m contacting corporate because yall need to fix the food you sell not worry about whether your customers are really gonna eat all they bought. And you employees go to the bathroom 2 at a time in the men’s rooms. What’s up with that. As we was leaving the manager did ask us what’s wrong and we explained what happened. We didn’t know who’s name or who said what but either way they all was laughing about it. The manager did go in and speak to them. Or I hope she did. Because nobody should feel unwelcome at any restaurant especially since your customers are the ones paying your check. If it wasn’t for customers then yall would have no job. Manager was sweet as can be but definitely seemed to be one all about her business and customers. Thank you for speaking to us. We appreciate it. But those employees that said what they said and the others for laughing about it. Really says something about who they are. We deserved better and yes I work in the fast food business so I know first hand how an employee should act.
customer service is horrible!!! especially when they put the wrong food in your bag! I have gotten all the way home in had the wrong Order. I call to the store to let them know that my order was completely wrong!! The employee or manager said I will remake my wings and I ask for fries to be remade over as well cause they as cold in threw them in the trash at home . When I ask can i get my fires remade over cause I threw them away ; the manager or employee going to say “ you threw your fries away “ I said yes I did because they was cold by the time I got home. The manager or employee really didn’t believe me I threw them away. as I arrived to get my remade order my fries was still cold and my boneless wings was still WRONG! I wanted to show out but I kept my peace in just take my loss of my money I spent .. I will not get no more wings from here!! I will just continue to get the fries like I been doing .. this store need customer service classes real bad cause all the attitude ain’t call for when people order is WONG and ppl paid their money!! 1/10
My husband and I went here to get something to eat. They messed up our order. My husband told the girl at the counter (2) orders of Lemon Pepper, an order of Hawaiian, and Hot Honey Rub. The manager refused to fix our order and raised her voice as well. We will not be going back there every again. The manager stated that my husband ordered 10 Hawaiian wings, 8 Hot Honey Rub, and 2 Lemon Pepper wings. That's not what we ordered. People coming in after us got their food. We stated that we wanted (2) orders of Lemon Pepper, (1) order of Hawaiian, and (1) order of Hot Honey Rub. Don't go here at all to eat.
Fries were burnt but the kicker was they were cold with hot cheese on top, when chewing you can taste the burntness and the I've been cooked before and thrown back into hot oil taste. Wings were flavorful however biting into the bone in wings, I can tell they cooked them way past due cause the bone disintegrated into small fragments which almost choked me. The pieces of bones were so little I had to really get them out. Rolls were cold and crunchy, I live within a 10 minute radius from this wing stop there's no way. I understand it getting warm but not cold. However, I know this isn't the usual wings I eat from other places but paying $53.00 for a less than average order is sad. I will not be ordering here again. Included photos but not so much of the little regurgitated bones… eww.
My wife and I ordered the meal for 2 , we always try to eat there when we're in Columbus. People are always nice and food's always served hot.
The customer service & atmosphere was great! However, i just wish the food matched the service. I ordered half lemon pepper, half mild. The lemon pepper smelled like pinesol and the mild sauce was grease, no flavor, just colored grease. And it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. The Cajun corn was also very greasy and the cheese fries was soggy. The best part of the meal was the ranch, It wasn’t worth the $23 I paid. I won’t be returning.
honestly, I’m really fed up, every time I come here I order my food to go and every time I get my to go bag the liquid from my wings is all in the bottom of the bag and that makes absolutely no sense to me and then don’t try to take the boxes out of the bag it’s going to be spilling even more boxes very greasy on the bottoms the bag that you hand me, The bottom of it is so greasy I sat in my passenger side seat and it is grease all in the seat. There goes a $50 car detailed down the drain , this is starting to get on my nerves and I’m getting fed up . do better .
You gotta eat like a BOSS when you order from here. But besides that I have no problem with wingstop.. I go ever blue moon, but when I do go I have to get my lemon pepper boneless wings. As always...
