Ordered online and went to the store to pick up and no one ever picked up my order so now I’m waiting over an hour to get my order. There was a confirmation thru the app and there was no communication from wingstop saying my order was going to be delayed. Horrible service
The Manager there is AMAZING had issues with DoorDash and she fixed my order for the inconvenience, no questions asked she’s really the definition of customer service ! Muchas gracias!!!! I’m coming to this wingstop every time. From now on !! The workers too but the manager went above and beyond, no argument, just super kind and sweet, and she greeted all her customers ! Make her the market leader or give her a raises !! CLAUDIA THANK YOU !!!!
Reasonably priced. Quality of food has dropped since first opening. Food itself is just okay. Only thing saving the taste of the food are the sauces. Fries already soggy by the time it was handed from the cook to the server. Either the fries were not cooked long enough or could have benefited from a double fry.
The food is so good recemending to people that like chicken the Best one is lemon peper
Great customer service ????. Fast service and fresh hot bomb af chicken wings ????. This time I got sauces ots ???? with some veggie sticks! Fed a family of 6 for under $60! This def had all of us satisfied even my picky eaters! Will def be back for more!
FYI-There is no dining in right now! Only 1 person can come in and order at a time. Wait on the sidewalk or in your car for order you will get msg when its ready! If paying with card you need you id. No exceptions. When picking up order that you already paid for you will need your credit or debit card and id at time of pick up! All employees were very courteous ????

They charged double the amount I was paying for my regular meal but it was Lowkey good but I’m still mad.???? ????
We made an order we just got it and it was a takeout and it was pretty good to service and the food was kind of quick by the time we got there it was done went in got it and came out
