Best WLM Reviews
Worst experience ever
Placed an order before 6pm, was told it would be ready at 7pm
At 7:30 the order is just coming out. So many customers in the same predicament as me.
Management should tell their customers a true wait time that way the customer isn’t misled
I understand about being short staffed but please be honest with your customer
If we would’ve been told an hour and a half wait then it be no issues but don’t tell your can hour wait then have to wait an additional 30 minutes
I hope the franchise owner pays closer attention to the business, they obviously don’t care based on their reviews
My fault for not checking beforehand
Super packed. Ran by teenagers-unorganized floor order. On a Friday In October of 2023 on a super packed night (no available tables) I placed my order online. I Arrived at my time food was quoted to be ready. Mind you this was already a 45-60 minute wait. They could not find my order. They then told me to call the next Tuesday when a manager would be available for a refund. Needless to say Tuesday came and the manager could not grant me my $50 refund although I showed my bank withdraw and gave the teenagers name I dealt with.
I was out $50 and no wings. Highly disappointed to this day.
Food was alright but the wait was long, they served like 5 people who came after us, and didn’t give us a wait time and when I got tired of waiting and asked how long they told me 2:30 and my food still wasn’t done till 3. They need better time management.
Shitty service waited 1 hour to get my order wrong, cold wings, fries , and ranch all over my bag inside ,. Never coming back to this restaurant again if i can do 0 start i absolutely would
I appreciated them looking for me when my order was ready. And not like usually letting it sit there on the counter. The fries are always cold. They can't help it.
I ordered 2 5 piece thigh combos and got chicken so small the wings look bigger . I contacted the restaurant and spoke to Ryan the manager . I told him I wanted a refund that this was not what I ordered , he stated that that’s how they come , the fries look rotten as well and he is too busy to help me. What a great way to treat your customer mr manager
They always rush the orders and never properly make the food right. I order Hawaiian and mango habanero. They give me neither flavor and didn’t notify me about the change until I got home with my take out. Always check food there. Also watch them burn themselves with horrible handling techniques. Looks like they need to be trained again.
Called our food in ahead of time, to eat in facility, told Stephanie twice and both cashiers when we got there we will eat there again, waited another 50 min and they never called our name…. Both cashiers just standing in front, bare minimum work… I had to repeat my self twice my name and she still got it wrong on receipt…. This place is losing customers because of employees lack of worth ethic …. We will never go back.
