every single time i order garlic parmesan from this place it is always DRENCHED in grease and copious amounts of parmesan. i ordered 4 piece tenders and open my bag to 2 tiny tenders. i paid $10 for 2 tenders??? guess i have to stop ordering from here since they want to be stingy with the tenders.
My favorite Wingstop. The employees there are down to earth and want to make sure that you are very satisfied with your order. The managers there are good people who really care about their work and customers. The manager gave me a military discount and thanked me for my service ????
The worst Wingstop I’ve ever gotten food from. I made an order was double charged. Called to verify it was only one order. The woman barely spoke English I asked to speak with someone else because she just kept saying what do you want to order even after I told her many times I just wanted to make sure a double order was not coming. She just kept saying what do you want to order then call back for manager. I asked to speak with someone else which she kept saying no. She then hung up on me. I called back and she put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. Called again and she just hung up. Worst service I’ve EVER gotten ANYWHERE.
I’m realizing that one more one star review that will go unresponded to probably won’t matter. Ordering online means you have to call the location if your food doesn’t arrive. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Door Dash get to shrug it off as well because you didn’t order through their app. Good thing I know how to dispute it with my bank as fraud if I don’t get a response from
the company.
Whoever is working tonight just don’t care! I’m missing food - my chicken tenders were not in the bag or mi extra ranch. Also the food is soaked in grease which I’ve never seen before when ordering from this location. I ordered ubereats so it sucks I can’t walk in, return this and get my food re made! ????
Just went to pick up my order and it was stolen right in front of me, the cashier put it on the table and a doordasher took it, weird because the cashier asked her to confirm she was picking it up and didn’t even notice she was taking my order. They did a new order for me but I had to wait 30 mins, the cashier attitude was so horrible, I even said am sorry and she said “have a good day” as if it was my fault this happened. Not even an apology. Not sure what’s going on with customer service now days but wow.
Put in for well done wings an they were barely cooked! Called the store 6 times an was on hold damn near an hour, no one ever answered, so I called the next day after trashing the wings an was told to come in an show proof that I paid for the wings (78.00) an when I showed him he said we will give u a refund after stating they would give me an option to get the food or refund! So I made him call the manager as he didn't want to an then she calls in an states we will give u ur food this one time but next time save the trash food an bring it in the store. If I could give this store a 0 I would! They spoke Spanish the whole time! So I'm sure they talked stuff about me while I was there! I will never eat here again. Unprofessional an very nasty an non done chicken!
I ordered 10 wings. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my wings. I get home and I'm missing wings. Staff is not paying attention just laughing and playing around in the kitchen.
