Manager Bernardo top class. Helped me on my orders, needs a raise. Crew mate Spencer very hard working and professional. On the other hand, someone wearing a full uniform who thought it would help, was poor. Overall great service. Bernardo needs to become owner.
Ordered wingstop thru DoorDash. When we received our food I opened the bag & pulled out a box. Inside the box was a bitten piece of chicken from my 10 piece wing combo. I’m certain that it was a wingstop employee due to how well taped the bags were when we got the food. Bags did not look tampered with at all. Tried calling the restaurant only for someone to answer & then hang up in my face. I am beyond disgusted!
I am at the wing stop in Lansing off of Saginaw and not only when I came in I was ignored for over 10 minutes before someone took my order and then only one person is cooking while other coworkers are chatting walking away on the phone terrible service I love the food but the 40 minutes wait time for barley any food is ridiculous!!!!! And one of the workers kept being on her phone and going to the back when they are clearly busy.
The Good:
- I didn't get sick from the food.
- Some of the wings had sauce that tasted decent.
- Napkins were provided.
- The wings were cooked appropriately.
The Bad:
- Quite the wait for a call ahead order. They prioritize Uber Eats/Door Dash and didn't start making my order until the time I was supposed to be picking up.
- The fries were soggy and barely seasoned despite paying for seasoning.
- The wings were criminally under-sauced and you didn't provide the dipping sauces that were ordered.
Overall, a rushed and unpleasant experience. I've had better wings and service from Little Caesars. It's unfortunate since Wingstop has been one of better chain wing options. If you're in the area and okay with boneless, just go to Wing Snob.
Great food. Awesome staff. Prompt and courteous. Went in with my kid and they were busy, guy at counter gave my daughter a drink as they were busy and we'd wait a few moments. We ordered at arrival. Well done !! ????
Got honey barbecue 8 piece dinner with fries and drink. Only had sauce on on six pieces, fries were supposed to be seasoned with salt and pepper... not one speck of pepper and the kool-aid was sour like barely any sugar and no ice. Although i got delivery, everything was cold. Chicken was tough and rubbery. 1st time ever will not be ordering again
Not worth the $30. I ordered a BBQ chicken wrap and recieved five free boneless wings (Uber delivery) and my food was cold as 15-minute refrigerated water. Not to mention, the wrap didn't taste good at all. The wings were ok, but completely cold. Given my experience, I do not recommend this establishment at all. Major disappointment but it's my fault, I should have read the Google reviews.
Worst food I've ever had. They forgot the fries and said they'd make them fresh and they were soggy and not even remotely hot. The seasoning is god awful and I was fully convinced these would be the best cheese fries I would ever have.
Tenders were like every other chicken tender. The only good thing about this place is I'm never going back and the ranch.
