If you're craving some delicious, fresh wings, Wing Stop is definitely the place to go! However, the service could use some improvement. While the staff is friendly and courteous, the wait times can be quite long, especially during peak hours. It's not uncommon to find yourself waiting longer than expected, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry.
Despite the slow service, the quality of the food makes it worth the wait. Just be sure to plan ahead and allow some extra time when you visit. All in all, Wing Stop is a solid choice for wing lovers who prioritize taste and freshness over speed.
This particular Wingstop location was fairly fast (it wasn’t busy around 2pm on a saturday) however there is much to be desired regarding the quality of service. I ordered a 8 piece combo for around $12 and only got 7 wings. While I did not complain there, I decided to take off a few stars for getting my order wrong seeing this wasn’t the first time this had occurred at this location. Only positive things I could recommend are the fries and the fact they have a Coca Cola freestyle serving machine. My server was nice however the person who served my friend sounded very impatient and rude. I appreciate the quickness in getting my order out but due to getting my order wrong, I probably won’t be returning for a while.
When we 1st entered the store Wingstop #320 Prince St STE 1 Conway Ar we were greeted we such HIGH ENERGY definitely a vibe we opted to stay and eat. They got real busy that crew never broke a sweat same energy food was made to order fresh, hot in a timely matter. We wanted to clean our table and get rid of the trash so a table would be clear and ready for the next customer they said O now just leave it we will take care of that for you. It is not in our nature so we still gather it together they came right out cleared and sanitize the table. For a young crew they were on it and it made the atmosphere so pleasant we wanted to come back and we did days later the next crew different ppl they had the same energy.... KUDOS YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN job well done!!!
this place has ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE they got my order wrong 3 different times and while I was eating inside I seen a cockroach crawling around.. the workers there are absolute no life’s and a joke and could careless about the food and service and also vaping at the counter they need to do better no other wingstop is like this. Lemon pepper wings still hit tho.
As it has been pointed out, I would not eat inside. As I waited on my order I noticed just how nasty the floors looked and finger print smudges all over the stainless steel and the drink machine. Dried spills down the check out counter. There were three employees at the time basically doing nothing. I was thinking how can they stand there and it looking like this. The young girl who was working seemed to care less. Made no attempts to help in anyway with your order and it appeared she didn't even want to be there. The chicken wings were okay. The garlic parmesan tasted fine but there was a lot of oil/grease in the box. The Lemon Pepper wings were way to salty. I doubt I will be back.

The wings themselves are a 5 star rating but the service is really low. The staff means well but aren’t helpful or considerate of the customers needs. Many items missed on my orders - and you’ll need to ask multiple times for any silverware, ketchup, etc. There are no trash cans in the restaurant itself.
I’d like to preface this by saying that wingstop has the best wings in town, in my opinion. But y’all’s service is TERRIBLE! No time have I ever gone in there and had any semblance of good customer service. Everyone acts like they hate their job. Idk, maybe they do. Maybe the company as a whole is terrible to work for, who knows. But My order is never correct and tonight was no different. I really need y’all to get it together bc service and quality is severely lacking!
