I placed an order through DoorDash, but all my food arrived burnt. When I called, the young lady on the phone told me I could drive to the restaurant, and they would remake the order, which completely defeats the purpose of using DoorDash. I’ve visited this place a few times, and the experience is inconsistent—more misses than hits.
This is the best wingstop location in Miami, the food always taste fresh and they always cook it perfectly,especially in comparison to other locations like the ones in lil Haiti where my food is always soggy. The workers are the sweetest too
The wings are pretty good and the fries are good also. The staff was friendly, but we only had 1 person in front of us, and it still took 30 minutes to get our food. I know they have online orders and pick up orders to fill, but 30 minutes is way too long.
Ordered from this location through Uber Eats and I must say that the fries are disgusting. It tastes like it was fried in old grease and the fries were soggy. The chicken tenders were okay, but you have to eat them while they're hot. As they cool down, they become harder to digest and you will get heartburn. I've ordered from other Wingstop locations with no issues, but this one is not good at all. The food tastes old and stale all the time. Very disappointed.
This is the SECOND time I've experienced this exact same issue at this Wingstop location and there will never be a third...
Tried to place an order for my Monday night football gathering and the cahiers at this location were completely pre occupied with talking among themselves rather than tend to customers. Once at the register I tried to place my order, cashier had to ask me for my name twice because the first time I told her she was interrupted by another employee. Then when I tried to place my simple 20 piece boneless deal someone came up to the counter asking about paper towels. When she went to help them with the paper towels leaving me at the counter unnatended was when I just walked out. UNBELIEVABLY frustrating because I love Wingstop food and frequently place orders up in Broward County where I work and never have any issues at all. Unfortunately, this location which is right down the street from where I live is a very different story. They need some better management here. Please do better!
This Wingstop was great! The food was fast, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The manager Renee went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. It’s not often you get over the top service anymore, but this place delivered!
Rene was very helpful, always came we i need help or assistance. Always greets me and other customers when entering the door, rene created a great atmosphere in this establishment wanting me to come back and buy more food. He is a great person and love being served by him
My food is always fresh and cooked to my liking which I really appreciate! It’s always prepared on time as well. I’ve never had to wait longer than 5-10 min. Thank you so much!
