The only reason this place exists is because some sad people are still willing to pay a premium for this garbage. The customer service is aggressively LOUD and SLOW. The food is expensive. You’re buying burnt fries and over salted wings that come out of a frozen bag. Nothing about WINGSTOP is good.
I went so long without ordering from this franchise and I remember why. I specifically asked over the phone for my wings extra well and still they gave me trash. The staff at the Wingstops in Philadelphia simply don’t care about quality or the food they are serving. Won’t be getting my hard earned money anymore.
I normally never have problems when I order from this Wingstop but of course the day that I am starving and craving wings, my order is wrong. I asked for all flats. I paid for all flats. I still received drums. It may seem like a trivial thing and those reading my review going “it’s not that deep” well that’s your opinion. It’s that deep to me. I don’t like drums, I don’t eat drums therefore I do not order them. If there’s even the slightest chance that I won’t be getting all flats, I simply do not order wings from that place. That’s how much I despise drums. With that being said, if you’re offering the option to choose between the two then it should be honored. I am very disappointed because Wingstop has been one of the only places I know to offer the option of all flats. Guess I have to find a new place now.
I visited on 8/23/2024 and the staff was clearly overwhelmed or unprepared. It was chaotic. A guy took my order but forgot to ask for my name so I was never called until I had to ask. I spent $25+ only for my food to be bland and nasty. I contacted customer service and the store manager promised me a refund. I have contacted them over 10 times and they gave me the run around and here we are 10/02/2024 and still they never followed through with my refund even though two different managers said they would if I produced my receipt. I’ve sent them a photo of my receipt over and over and was ignored. $25 down the drain because I had to trash my food. I couldn’t even eat it; I’ve eaten from there twice before so I knew what it should’ve tasted like. That is insane. What makes it worse is they don’t have an actual customer service center. It seems as if the automated system just forwards your complaint to the store. You can’t get customer service to intervene. It’s so unfair that I was offered a refund and never given the refund. Disappointed to say the least. Never again! I just wanted them to follow through with their promise of refund because the food was really not edible.
I don’t ever write reviews. If my order is somewhat messed up I take my loss and move on. However my recent order from wingstop could not have been further from wrong. We received one fry for the 2 combos we ordered (not to mention probably 10 fries total), had corn missing, received 1 water for the 2 combos we ordered and it wasn’t even water it was like tonic (didn’t even have the option to order sodas i guess they were out?), the wing counts were completely wrong. Ordered a 10 pc boneless received 8. Ordered a 10 pc wing received 9. So yea not one aspect was correct. Very sad because i enjoy wingstop but i enjoy it when there isnt one braincell working behind the counter preparing our food.
I LOVE WINGSTOP. i have never felt fatter than when they called me a regular and shouted my friends name when we came in. i love it here. they gave her a big hug and slipped me a $50 bill and whispered “you’re a little piggy pig pig aren’t you? say oink oink you hog” in my ear while he did it. there was then an oiled up twerk off, and they said i won even though i clearly didn’t deserve it. love it here! such good customer service!
Took 30 minutes for a one order. People goofing off behind the counter, wandering around. Put open box in the bag. Watched them make Doordashers get customer's drinks so they didn't have to, and advise to give them random beverages since half of the soda fountain was "out of order" but still available to order. Open drink on the handoff plane and most tables had trash sitting there. Be VERY careful when you order from this one.
So today was my first and last time at Wingstop. I ordered my food online and still had somewhat of a wait. Anyway, I ordered a 10 PC bone-in wing meal with mild sauce. My food was swimming in sauce and I had 1 flat and the rest drums. I'm not opposed to drums but I would have like more than 1 flat and my food was cold. The best thing was the carrot sticks. No more Wingstop for me.
