I love wingstop but lately they’ve been awful. We ordered 5 chicken strips and they give us 3. We ordered Cajun wings and got original hot. The fires are so undercooked and mushy, it was gross. When you ask for extra seasoning on the fries, they never add it. They don’t even add the normal amount.
Will start to visit other locations because after waiting 45 minutes for food to come out wrong starts getting old.

And then I thought about it yea maybe I should have checked the bag….. but no that’s y’all’s job to get paid to make sure what’s on the receipt is in the bag. Not mine.
Im From Los Angeles CA but been in Texas 10 years. Recently especially during this election I have encountered very racist Spanish Employees at this location. What they did to my food yesterday was awful. O ordered Cajun bone in wings with extra seasoning they gave me a container full of sauce that would barely close once I took it out the bag
I been eating Wingstop for years since I lived in California and never been treated so disrespectfully until moving to East Texas especially. I'm far from being racist but this is an eye opener. I let them know I was pregnant and they insulted me to the fullest. I am 100% the Spanish employees are racist. My grandma went there last week and they sold her stale old chicken. Seasoning is not sauce it's the oregano sprinkled on top of chicken for your information l. I'm considering suing.
Went in to place my order. Kitchen looked busy and fully staffed. 6 people were waiting for orders. Only 3 were in the dining area. I told them the order would be to go and they said an hour and a half wait. Screw that. That place was fully staffed. Very disappointed.
This is probably the LAZIEST, wing stop I’ve EVER seen. I have NEVER in my life EVER left a review for anyone. But I am for this GOD AWFUL PLACE. Workers do NOT care about you, the food, OR their own job. Cold food. Small wings. TERRIBLE SOGGY FRIES. THEY WILL LET YOUR FOOD SIT OUT FOR 10 MINUTES AND NOT EVEN CALL YOUR NAME. I’ve been to this wingstop multiple times over the course of many years, and it continues to disappoint me more and more. Fire everyone there, clean it up, i don’t know. DO SOMETHING.
Drinks were all nasty, ice was falling all over the floor. Fries had no seasoning, and got my order wrong. I asked for hot lemon pepper and only gave me hot no lemon pepper.
Great place to eat. Very welcoming and amazing team work observed . The interaction between the new supervisor and employees was very professional. My food was made perfect and tasted fresh . This place definitely is making a comeback . I love Wingstop and enjoyed my visit this time ! Thank you.
Rude. Like so incredibly so that I drive to the other side of down to get wingstop. The fries were painfully cold. Like frozen cold. If you want the full experience go to the one on Broadway it’s much nicer and cleaner.
