I highly suggest going somewhere else. I eat wings regularly and this has to be one of the worst I’ve ever gotten if not the worse.
To start off the customer service is TERRIBLE. The man working today at 3:30 pm was extremely unfriendly. Clearly racist towards white people so DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE WHITE.
The place is dirty and has sketchy people hanging around
The food quality is garbage. I was told it would be 15 minutes and it ended up being almost a half hour and there was only one other order.
The wings came out almost inedible. Half of them are way too dry and crunchy to even eat.
The sauces taste dirty and old. Mild Buffalo and original hot. You’re supposed to be a wing place and your sauce tastes like dirt?
I’m beyond disappointed with this experience. Me and my crew of ten guys will find another wing place to go to for the next couple weeks. On top of everything I ordered the wings naked and he charged me to have the sauce cups on the side. Will never be going back here and I hope you all don’t waste your money at this joke of a wing place.
I paid nearly $12 for my food and it didn’t come with a drink, as well as no drinks were available. The wings were dried out and tiny. My overall experience was not good, it was a random stop while in the neighborhood while working, and I feel like it was a waste of my time and money.
Also, My fries were UNDERcooked, and I was given TWO ketchup packets for all those fries. The flavor of the wings I chose was honey hot and it was good, but the wings looked like baby chickens or something, hardly any meat at all.
When I was introduced to this place first two visits was great all around. But on today I was attempting to call in a order a young man answered the phone he as if he can place me on hold I replied Sure! So a young lady came back to the phone and began to take my order. While trying to place my order I began to tell her I will like a 6 piece lemon pepper she sad what else I said with season fries she said what else. Now at the point lady please let me finish placing my order.So I began to complete my order I asked may I have all flats. She stated it will be a charge I replied I know she replied well I'm just letting you know. I was silent for a second she said what is your name for the order so I told her and hung up. This lady had the nerves to call my phone number and began to tell me. I was trying to see if I had your order right and she said I hung up in her face. She told me I'm not about to argue with me behind no wings lady you called my phone number back so you wanted to argue. So I just clicked and went to Golden Chick and will never return to Wings World on Wheatland Rd.
I've been ordering since they came to this location, this past year service has been horrible, I call in a order the person on the phone has no customer service experience because they're usually kids, the cooks may not even have experience they've been through so many employees it's ridiculous. To call a order in and still have to wait 30 mins when you get there is insane. I'm so mad right now I ordered a 12 PC and got home and it was disgusting, never had this problem before. I'm so tired I can't even drive to go get my money back. This location has definitely lost a loyal customer.
This place was amazing had to stop by before leaving Dallas!! Shadow made the wings perfect and he was under staffed (it didn’t take long). This place is a must if you want good wings!!Shadow was whipping up the wings he might own the place or something. Madefried hard without asking!! Each time the wings were made good!! Too damn good to take a picture!
When I tell you finger licking good with 33 flavors and more rich original flavors to come .. how could you go wrong for a great price .. let’s not forget the family Wednesday specials that feeds 4 for only 20$
Not only is the store a refreshing yellow filled with artwork of the success the staff is very home welcoming .. food is made to order. No sitting chicken all fresh .. oh make sure you try the WINGS ROLL W. The SAUCE…

I ordered the 10 piece bone in. I was unable to enjoy my wings as almost all my wings still had feathers on them. Now I am not talking about small "opps" easy to miss feathers. No big and long ones and not just a few but several. I wont be ordering from this place anymore. Makes me wonder what else was missed during preparation. It literally looks like they didnt care and just threw something in the plate. In picture it shows one side of a wing full of feathers. The other side of the wing had more feathers as well.
Every time I come here the price for the same meal is different . One day your charged for something. The next time you’re not. I like things to make sense when I’m spending my money! It’s like however you guys are feeling is how much you will charge! Very unprofessional.
