I've been eating here for years & the food and service has never been better. Malik took my order over the phone and prepared the food. Not only does he has great customer service but he is good in the kitchen! The food is always fresh and on time. The manager, Danzel is also pleasant and very customer friendly. It seems like he's never in a bad mood. These two make this place better because the crew before them... was not it. I go to the cedar Hill location often because I live less the 5 minutes away.. this is my wing place as long as they have wings! I recommend to anyone who's considering trying.
Lex, Sean, and Qouri were the best servers that we’ve ever had at a wing world location. From start to finish, they made sure our orders were correct took the time to Serve us and make great recommendations about some of the wing flavors that they liked and that were most popular. Not only was the service great but the restaurant was very clean and the food was amazing. We live really far from this location, but we will be back just to come here to receive the great service from the three of them.
Wings were overcooked. It took 45 min to receive 10 piece wings. The inside had a smokey/burnt smell from the kitchen. The manager is ultimately responsible and needs to be fired. I threw the remaining wings in the trash.
This was my first time at this place heard the wings were the best. I’m giving it a 2 star because I ordered a 12 piece to share with my friend and only got 10 wings. I didn’t mind the 10 wings if that’s what I had paid for. I got the dry ranch which barely had any seasoning on it they should do a better job at tossing them. Other than that everything else was good.
Their wings are absolutely delicious! I’ve been to the Cedar Hill location multiple times and they’ve never disappointed me. The customer service is amazing and Danzel is the most respectful and sweet man! He’s honestly one of the main reasons I come back.
This was my first visit to Wings World but will not be my last. I ordered ???? Pepper and ????Gold wings!
The wings were crispy. The seasoning was phenomenal. The food came in a timely manner. The service was good! My hunger was sated after consuming 10 wings.
The dine-in area is small but it appears most of their customers order to go.
Do not use GrubHub to order food from the Cedar Hill location because they will never receive the order. Your order will end up at another location no where near Cedar Hill.
Try the Honey Gold wings if you like sweet with a little heat. Food was hot and fresh, fries were seasoned really good too. They could use a more pleasant personality at the register, but the food was really good and worth a try!
