I come here often. Typically the service and food is good! I ordered a grilled chicken salad this time. The portion size was "ok". Other locations give larger portions but this one wasn't bad. Fair amount of protein (meat) on salad. I paid roughly $10 for the salad. I just noticed that this time I was charged 30 cent for using my debit/credit card. I don't like that new fee.
Do not waste your money. Gave me some food I wouldn't even feed my dogs. Definitely will not be back.
I just go for the kee kee Pooh at this point. This spot use to be really good. And for the first time on yesterday I recieved food the not fresh and cold. No point of complaining or returning the food because I knew they wasnt going to refund or exchange the food. No longer will I patronize the business.

these are the worse wings I’ve had in Birmingham. They were overcooked and overpriced.

Make sure you pay attention to the prices. The short, older, foreign lady that wear the glasses like to mark up prices if you don't pay attention. On March 11th, she tried to charge me $5 for 1 large kikipooh. She typed in $2.50, twice, so I walked out. Today, March 12th, I came to get an actual combo for someone and I decided to look at the price list. It was already modified twice with black and blue ink, but the drink priced remained the same. I asked her, the SAME LADY were the prices accurate, she said yes. The large Kikipoo was priced at 2.50. So I pulled out my phone to complain to the person who's good I was picking up, she then said the price was $2.75, WHICH ONE IS IT?? She's a liar and scammer. After I called her out, she went to the back and had someone else bring me my food, because she knew she was wrong!
They never answer the phone for call in no matter how much you try sorry customer service
