Best WLM Reviews
Excellent wing spot and after enjoying the original buffalo wings from the Anchor Bar it's a pretty high bar to beat. Good wings and beer selection and variety of food.
It is definitely a dive but it's what we got down here, the BBQ blast wings are great,
You can get them pretty well any way you want them, drumsticks, mixed, or flats only,
The man that runs the place is one of the most outstanding guys I've ever seen in the hospitality industry, bar none,
We had a large group that was called for in advance. We waited a few for everyone to show before we ordered, some appetizers were ordered and some drinks. When the food was ordered we separated each individual ticket and the waitress put the order in as one so food was taking forever. To get refills on drinks the bar was the best place to go. Food came out in small amounts, fries were cold. Now the fun part when it came time to get the tickets, nothing I mean nothing was separated. We were asked several times what we had and were still charged for someone else’s food. Tickets took well over 30 minutes to get handled. Manager told us she was giving everyone military discount, and let me say that is a shitty discount for our veterans, and she would help the girl, not sure where she went but she didn’t help her. The place wasn’t that busy and it was incredibly loud in there from the 500 tvs mainly playing the same thing. 3 people that I know of were also sick the next day. What could have been different, so many things.
Professional and friendly staff. On top of the food being excellent they go out of their way to provide quality customer service. 10/10
Me and my husband have been here a couple of times and both times the food is NOT worth it, but the service is even worse!!! The ONLY TIME our waitress was interested in us was signing our receipt to see her tip…. Will NOT be going back!!!!
The garlic wings are delicious here. They were perfectly spicy. The waitress was really nice and knew her menu. The atmosphere was definitely a party bar. My friend had the Texas fries and really enjoyed those too. I would return here.
I ordered some boneless wings with the garlic parmesan sauce and was disappointed with what I got. The chicken was sitting in a pool of oil and lacked the garlic parm flavor I was going for.
Blah….didn’t get a pic of my hubby’s dried up wings. Everyone hyped this place up but I wasn’t impressed with the presentation or taste. This is one of their “specialty” plates. Spicy chicken. It is a tiny chicken breast (seasoned with very little salt and pepper) topped with onions, mushrooms and bell peppers. Served with instant mashed potatoes, and canned green beans. Not worth $11!!! Doesn’t come with bread or anything to at least compensate for the lack of food! Needless to say, after not eating all day. I was still hungry after spending $90 for my family and I to eat! I’ll take that $$ elsewhere.
