We've ordered from here many times and have bragged about how big the chicken tenders are, how juicy they are and how they are slathered and tossed in sauce. We order them at home, and doordash them to the hospital when we're working and the quality went downhill fast. Tonight we ordered and got the most overcooked, almost burnt, dry, skinny slabs of chicken tender we've ever had from Wings Over. We couldn't even finish them because they were so dry and barely any sauce to even soften the meat. Hesitant to order again because who wants to waste money on bad food.
Great food and fast service! The mild wings had a nice kick that wasn't over powering and the barbecue was perfect. Fries arrived crispy with a good spice.
Ordered from their website, times were pushed back once, and then they gave my order to a random door dasher, this losing my order and earning that driver a free meal. After having to prove myself via receipts and waiting an additional 40 minutes I can't help but say the service is sub par. Again directly from in house website and they gave the order to Door Dash. The food is excellent, if it would just actually get here.
I loved Wings Over but I'm probably not gonna order again after getting these ridiculously small tenders. I honestly thought they messed up my order and I got a kids meal. They're like the size of something from McDonald's, except I paid $18 for them. So disappointing that every restaurant is doing this now. Same price, half the food. Literally. Just a few months ago the same order was genuinely twice the size. I had leftovers and then some.
I wanted to try something new and I got wings over for the first time but to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The fries were soo cold and the wings were terrible. I got Cajun voodoo flavor, but instead a got DRY wings. Literally plain dry wings with no flavor. Plus I orders the Cajun sauce to the side and I didn’t get that either. It was soo bad, I would’ve given a 0 zero star, but that’s not possible so I give it a 1.
It would have been great, the wings looked big and juicy however I ordered medium and received bbq. Oh I also paid extra for celery and didn’t receive that, I can forgive that though… the main component of the meal (and namesake of the restaurant) being wrong is just laughable.
I mean my order was for 10 medium wings, how do you mess that up?
I do not recommend delivery. Dine is is probably better. Chicken tenders are super soggy and unpleasant. Disappointed.
Update: They claimed they wanted to make it right and provided a link to fill in my information, but it was just for show. No one followed up, and it’s clear they don’t actually care.
Love this place! The staff was so friendly even with being busy. They kept their cool as they tried to help each customer in a timely matter.
The food was simply amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves wings.
