I've never been more let down and disappointed in wings in my entire life. pigeon sized wings, barely any sauce, and so overcooked it makes me scared and curious what the "well done" option on the website looks like - probably charcoal briquettes. I've eaten here a couple times a year and I genuinely don't know why i keep giving them chances. I think, "oh it was probably just a fluke, surely it'll be better this time." haha sike. they haven't been good in years. my jaw hurts from how much I had to chew these overcooked turds. $26 dollars for dry ass dinky little wings is robbery. never again. so many better places to get wings. I'm literally going to get wings from champs after work just to salvage my day. do better.
Don’t order here late at night when they say they close at 1am on a Friday night but close early to clean up and watch everyone stand at the store pounding to get the food they paid for. Waited till 1:03am 3 minutes after the store SHOULD have closed to go get all 3 customers orders off the rack and ignored not one but TWO customers that were at the door for over 15 minutes. Even tried calling the store 7+ times before close time and no answer. This place is very unprofessional and if you’re going to close early to clean the store cause you want to get home then maybe consider changing your store hours to 12:30am? Just rude workers here
We didn’t receive our large amount of food and my hungry friends were very disappointed. However, we did receive a different order (not ours) that was not great. Bone-in wings were very dry.
Places order online. Said a pickup time. Arrived, and then told multiple hours later it would be ready. Don’t take orders when you have no staff to handle them.
UPDATE: And they still charged my credit card for the full order after they canceled it in the store. Do not trust this merchant with your credit card.
We ordered tonight on Uber Eats and our first driver ended up taking our order, but the restaurant was nice enough to remake it for us and our new driver kept us in the loop the whole time, the restaurant even gave us extra drinks and cookies even though it wasn't their fault and it was late at night. Great service all around!
I haven’t had wings here in a long time, but the true winner at Wings Over is the tenders. They are always cooked to perfection and love the different options of flavors. The menu here used to be super expensive, but it’s way more affordable now. Their new chicken tender sandwich meal is really good and surprisingly filling. Love the waffle fries too. Plus they are open super late.
Wayne the "manager" so he says he's the manager, was very rude and disrespectful!!! I've ordered from here numerous times, as I'm just passing through town, I'm a flight attendant so this is 1 of the places I look forward to ordering from. He was very unprofessional and hung up on me, WOW That is bad for business, because of him I will never order from here again and word of mouth goes a long way, I will tell as many people as I can, no one likes bad service and there are many people who love and support me!! Wings over you need new management!!!!! In State College pa
Great experience. Solid amount of chicken in every order. Nice variety of flavors and heat. Staff has been extremely helpful and friendly each time I’ve been in.
