I ordered lemon pepper wings and they must have poured the whole seasoning bottle in the wings! I spent a total or $60 and gave $10 tip! When I called them the guy said it was my fault I’m supposed to say light seasoning. It’s was my first and last time there! I will not be back!
When we received the new menu in the mail we were really excited to try to the new “Farmers” pizza with tomatoes broccoli and ricotta. We added chicken to it for some extra protein. When we received the pizza(after waiting 1hr 30min) the driver was explaining how he went to the wrong address. Then we opened the pizza and it was ONLY CHICKEN. The whole FARMER part was missing. We called and the said they would credit our account. This was not our first time receiving wrong food. We order from them a lot because we actually like the food.
Fast forward a few weeks and we order our free pizza along with wings and jalapeños poppers(because we had to order food equal to the price of the free order?!?!)
Pizza was right…..WINGS WERE WRONG.
We asked for Cajun Garlic(the best sauce they have) and we got Cajun Dry rub.
When we called the guy asked if we want to hear the recording of our order as if to call us liars.
If he looked at all of our past orders, of which there are many, he would see that we NEVER order the dry rub but we always order the Cajun garlic.
I’ve been trying to justify ordering because generally the food is tasty but the service we receive is horrendous.
Be wary of ordering. Always ask for them to repeat back your order. Check your food before paying for it.
WORST STAFF IN HISTORY
My wife picked up a salad from this place to drop off to me at work. The salad was literally rotting, black mixed greens, slimy and mushy cucumbers and tomatoes, brown juices at the bottom but they covered it all with chicken and cheese. It wasn't until I was eating it that I noticed the slime oozing when I picked up veggies with my fork. Staff member they would refund me and even offered to drop it to my home, never showed. Went to the restaurant and was told by another employee that there was no mention of this and he would not refund me. I asked him to contact the other associate, he then refused and asked me to leave. When I asked for the managers phone number he became irate and told me refuses to serve me and to leave or he'd call the police. I stepped outside to try to find the managers number on my own and he locked the door behind me. This place might have good wings, but I have never been spoken to in that manner by any staff of any establishment. They are high priced for mediocre food and they even try to scheme when you provide them with their coupons. I will NEVER return to this place ever again.
Rude customer service. Barely any sauce on my wings, and didnt include the extra ranch i ordered these are the "garlic bbq" wings i ordered
All around terrible like who puts wings in a Tupperware container….they just get soggy and gross. They over season their lemon pepper and blame you for not saying light seasoning….. The pasta they serve is horrible. Even the pizza they make is terrible I’m not exactly sure how they are still open….. how can you be a pizza place and your pizza and wings are trash it’s kinda sad they even allowed you to conduct business in Connecticut it’s supposed to be the pizza capital of the US smh please just save your money. I recommend you go to Jacks pizza or Engine 6 pizza they are the best in Norwich hands down!!!!!!!
Today is 6/8/24 ordered almost 80.00 dollars of food. I ordered here almost twice a month depending on how many kids are spending the weekend. Today however was a horrible experience. After calling in the ordered which normally takes just about 30min. It took an hour when I called to check I was told the driver went back for for the soda he left behind. When he finally got to my house 1 hour and 20min later the driver shows up and hands me the soda a bag and the recipe. I asked were is the pizza's? He said sign first. So I signed and gave NO tip. No this is not normal for me I tip based on service. And away tip however I do not like the fact that he said sign first bothered me. So when he saw no tip he handed the receipt back to me and said no sign again! I reply with we ordered pizza's 2 sir! He said they are in the car sign again! As he walked away I heard him say I drove all this way! I live less the 10 min away. When went to grab the pizza's he pulled back and said not even a dollar tip wow! Pushes the pizza box hard at me I closed the door quickly as he looked as if he would do something! I WON'T BE BACK.

I paid nearly $16 for some frozen fish that you get in the frozen section of the supermarket. The tarter sauce is also the kind in packets. I had their pizza once and so I didn’t think I’d have this experience. Edit: I hadn’t even opened my garlic knots because I thought surely those will be fine. Noooope. The bread is inedible. It’s mush!
