Wings are just really over cooked. I understand some people like their wings like Jerry but I dont. I asked for the wings to be soft but they weren't. Onion rings ate delicious though ????. Oh the tenders though we're really good too.soft and not dry
Went for lunch. I ordered the lunch special of 4 chicken tenders with a side of fried okra . The okra was hot and very crunchy , it was very good. The chicken was hot , very juicy, and good , but the breading came off very easy. Now , here is what to watch out for:
When in a wing place, you expect sauce , don't make that mistake here. I got the lunch special and wanted the medium hot garlic sauce. The server even asked me if I wanted chicken tossed in the sauce or on the side. What she DID NOT tell me , the lunch menu chicken tenders are plain NO SAUCE, so when my ticket came and it was almost a dollar more ...... the manager came and EXPLAINED that the sauce made it Buffalo style, and that was more money , even though they had Buffalo " bites" on the lunch menu, and I got a very small side of sauce , for more money , yet I got a very large side of ranch AT NO CHARGE. She said they are working on new menus , so it will be clear. Ok , but in the MEANTIME , the servers should tell you the tendars on the lunch menu are plain, and if you get sauce, it changes and is more money . I know it was only a few dollars for my husband and myself , but I am sick of restaurants not telling you if there is an extra or different charge. I guess as a customer, we are supposed to ask every server every time if what is on menu is the same thing we are going to be charged.
The lemon pepper wings and onion rings are the best!! Their drink specials are always very tasty and at a great price. This is the best spot to get wings and drinks in Corpus.
OUTSIDE is way too loud with the metal doors, echoing everything. Look at my appetizer, just sad. I haven't been here in years, they have changed.
I recently dined at WNM, and it was an absolute delight! The service was impeccable—Cass was our server, and she went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making great recommendations that enhanced our dining experience.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. Tiffany W., the manager, was also exceptional. She checked in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and clearly runs a tight ship with grace and professionalism.
Best tenders I had in a long time! They came out super fast too! Fried pickles were also crispy and tasty. Can’t wait to try more!
Monica provided gold standard in service. My favorites for lunch, pickled chips with their ranch, and wing and tender combo dipped in hot buffalo sauce adding lemon pepper and sweet tea!
Server was nice but we could tell she was rushing us to order. My son had the ribs and wings with fries and beans. He said his food was very good. I had pickle chip appetizer and onion rings and I was super disappointed. The pickles were not fresh, they were packaged frozen then deep fried. Tough and tastless. The onion rings were also tasteless and pre-made and frozen. Left hungry.
