Every time I've visited this location, the staff has been extremely courteous and attentive. However, I went through the drive-through this past Friday, and one of the tenders they included in my 4-piece order was plain disrespectful. That’s a kids tender bite, not an adult meal tender ????
It’s been a while since I have been to Wings N’ More, this is an “Express”. It is the same food, maybe a little less delicious than I remember. It’s a good quick lunch stop. However, it’s hectic trying to get a table. Not enough tables for the amount of Dine-Ins they had.
This place is my favorite in terms of price and food in general but, recently, since I bought wings especially, they are displayed in an unsatisfactory way. All the time after eating I get a strong stomach ache. The wings at this place were always good and appetizing. I don't know if they have changed suppliers but the quality has gone down. This makes me very sad.
I loved this place. Mostly for the OUTSTANDING customer service! These people were amazing. There was a line all the way out to the road in the drive-through, and there were at least 2 employees out there taking orders in the heat. 6 PM on a Friday, and we waited maybe 10 minutes for our food to come out. I'm still in shock at how good these people are at their jobs! I got the Chipotle honey mustard boneless wings, and they were great! The cheese curds were delicious as well. Very, very impressed with this place overall and will ABSOLUTELY be back soon. ???? ???? ????
Honestly this place is five stars because of the people who work here. Of course the food is always Five Star as well.. but who makes the food? The cooks! 5☆ Who takes my order? The person behind the mic. 5☆ I could go on and on but literally everybody there is so friendly and they always get my order precise and on point. I just wanted to reach out and say I truly appreciate y'all. Literally every one of y'all is awesome. Thanks for always doing the most.
Update: The manager contacted me ASAP wanting to make things right. I honestly just wanted them to be aware of the situation and provide their guest with fresh, hot food! My mom wanted to give them another opportunity since this location is closer to her home. They didn't disappoint at all! The food was fresh and delicious! They fixed their mistake and made it right! Mom will definitely keep going back!
This location always FAILS me! My fries were hard and old. My sons gravy was jello and old. Horrible way to spend my hard earned money. I'll definitely continue driving to 21 for food. Nasty! Yall should be ashamed serving old fries and gravy! My burger was so dry on the side and burnt!
Not the same anymore every time we go now our tenders are dull and rubbery like so it makes it very unpleasant to eat to the point we just don’t eat them and the wings itself are so dry now I am not sure if the cook is new or what but their not doing a good job at making the food anymore and since this has been going for months already we are just not coming back to this location anymore. Safe your money and buy else where
im not a type of person who complains but they always get my order wrong or its always somebody with a attitude you say no ice theres ice say light its extra tell them toast instead of something else its nothing or something i didn’t want wrong flavor and if im paying this much and got to wait i want it correctly sometimes tye fries be cold like its every time i come its always something with a worker or food
