Resident from NWA and I can say idm if I drive to Joplin for some great Chinese food! I have a lunch truck in Bella vista and besides that I would go to panda just because there aren’t any great satisfaction Chinese food ???? the food of any kind from kids menu to regular entrees are delish I cannot wait to go back and try other kind of plates. The wings uff crispy and enough sauce. The tso chicken man man that was my all time favorite it was soooo good and crispy first of all there was some breast in there so it was a little of both with the fresh vegetables and the sauce uff bomb. The service was gentle and patient. My three year old ate her kids lo mein. Yes the egg rolls come by twos and they are not huge nor long but they are stuffed. From the chicken fried rice to the pork I prefer the chicken fried rice. Clean and petite comfortable place.
The rangoons are AWESOME. Lunch portions come with eggroll/rangoon, choice of rice, protein. Dinner is a larger portion of protein with choice of rice. Sesame chicken came with broccoli, general tso’s had some carrots and bell pepper.
Cashew chicken has more of a light sauce than a brown gravy but good flavor.
Overall, everything was hot & fresh. Great flavor, not a lot of heat. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant (and bathrooms) were clean.
We came in for lunch. We were not greeted. We were not told where to sit or what to do. We had to ask. Older lady not friendly. No smile and did not give us direction. We had to cover our food for the flies. Food used to be good but today not as good. Ranch is out of a bottle and tastes like it. Probably charged for it. I do t mind paying for ranch if it’s home made. This was not. I brought friend and was sorry I brought her. $19.00 for lunch is expensive.
Food was very good. Crab ragoons were stuffed with cream cheese. The sauce of the cashew chicken was very sesame but not bad. The orange chicken was also very good. Totally recommend.
If you get them fresh, wings are hot and crispy, but many times they steam in the container and might as well be baked with the sauce on. I do like that their wings are meatier than most. My order was messed up, but they made it right. I think you are better off asking for the sauces on the side to retain the crispiness.
One of my favorites is the lunch shrimp fried rice which comes with an egg roll and a crab ragoon. For under $10 dollars how can you go wrong.
This was my first time there. I was a bit surprised by the menu considering the name. It's mostly Chinese food, and pretty tasty food at that. I had the sesame chicken and really enjoyed it. Others had the cashew chicken and said it was the best they had in the area. I was a little surprised that even when eating in you are served on styrofoam, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Give it a shot for some good Chinese.
I have been going here for many years even when they were at a different location. They have amazing Chinese food that are portioned very well have always been happy. With the service. And they have always listened if something needed changed do to allergies. The staff and owners have always been helpful and very nice, I would highly recommend Chicken fried rice and Chicken Lo mein they are very good. The only reason I don't give full five stars is cause I feel there is always room for improvement even though I don't know how they could improve they just awesome place to go.
