If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I definitely would. Every time I have ate here, (3 times so far) just to give them a chance, my order is completely wrong, undercooked and makes me sick to my stomach. They do not care about how they prepare your food unless you’re getting bone in wings. This place deserves 0 stars. Yes, the atmosphere is great, how ever, are you going to pay over $50 to have crappy food and good atmosphere? Leaving hungry or sick to your stomach for $50 and good atmosphere? Insane. The cooks should absolutely be fired. Worst service I have ever received entirely. The manger? FANTASTIC. Trying his hardest to make everything correct, however, one person working while the rest are sitting around isn’t a good team. Do better.
After a handful of visits. Wanted to update photos! We’ve been really enjoying this place! Great food and great atmosphere!
First visit: Josh w was our server! He was very professional, fast and efficient! The wings were very tasty! Loved the straight fries. The ranch is homemade and was also great!
The only thing I could say, that could make our experience better next time is… I ordered seven wings, and only had one flat, which the flats are my favorite. Also, the buffalo chicken wrap, said it was the best seller, although it had primarily tortilla, and only a little bit of chicken. I mostly saw the bread from the chicken and not the meat.
My friend and I go here for lunch atleast once a week, if not more. Sandy is the absolute best and it's always a pleasure to see her every time we go in. She has our order memorized, and she is always joking with us and making sure we have a great time. The food has always been awesome, and you really can't beat their boneless wing lunch special. Go see Sandy! You won't regret it! ????????
Wings Etc is a very nice restaurant. The food has amazing quality for the price (around $20 for a full meal), the atmosphere is very chill. It feels kind of like a bar but way more relaxed and inviting. They have creative merch, a funny Christmas tree with beer can ornaments, and a claw machine and blow pops at the door?
My server was Shawn. Really cool dude. Loved his energy. Make sure to tip him well if you see him!
Went by last night to try and get some wings. There was a younger guy at the hostess stand with a white shirt, glasses and black hair that told me if I needed to order food I should walk across the restaurant to the carryout desk. I assumed he would follow me over there and take my order but he ran to the back and didn't come back. I stood by the carryout table for 5 minutes before I realized that nobody cared that I was standing there and I left.
Everybody in the restaurant around me were not eating and looked to be waiting for food.
It's a bad look when you come in on a Saturday night and nobody wants to wait on you. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Not family friendly, very inappropriate shirts and photos around the entrance. Wings fried hard as heck. Mac n cheese was WHITE!!!!! Eww, had no flavor. Tastes like macaroni and salt water. I won’t return, service was great, food not so much .
The service was AMAZING, the staff is friendly and super inviting, and the environment was welcoming and cozy. After having a rough experience at a different restaurant in the area, we looked for a place to dine, but was reluctant to find another restaurant while out of town.
However, our experience at Wings ETC, was 10/10. The host was very kind and hospitable and quickly got our table seated. Daniel, the manager was super accommodating and involved in our dining experience and Alexis, our server was informative and helped us to find something to fully satisfy our taste and appetite. I can’t wait to visit again, because I know I’ll be in great hands.
I don’t know why I keep coming to this place…paid seven dollars for half a container of fries that’s supposed to be a full tray I guess and as you can see by the pictures, literally, there’s an enough fries for one person. This is supposed to feed two people I don’t know how that’s possible…and then the half a tray is a teeny tiny little box of fries. Are you kidding me?
Oh yeah the parking is difficult too so be prepared to park next to people who don’t know how to park at all. I will admit that I came here on a wings special day which is Thursday so we got 16 wings for 12 bucks which admittedly is a really good deal but if I’m gonna pay seven dollars for a tray of whatever I expect to get a tray of whatever not half a container
I had to drive over 20 minutes to get here because I do not live in boiling Springs and I ordered with enough time that the order was to be ready. I got in there and literally waited seven minutes for anybody to come and take my order the gentleman who did was very nice, very professional, and very quick, so there’s that, but nobody acknowledged me when I walked in no waitresses even looked at me so that was kind of … meh.
