Feeling disappointed about the poor service I received today.. I don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings for bloody Mary’s because it doesn’t taste as good as Wings Etc’s , and Apple Bees Don’t have good Bloody Mary’s and I come here for those because there always good but today was very different and was really let down by my experience. I ordered a Bloody Mary, which usually hits the spot, but this time it was a big miss.
When I received the drink, it was labeled "No Spice"-the very thing I was looking forward to!
It seemed like the bartender didn't mix it properly either; the vodka was sitting on top of the tomato juice instead of blended in. To top it off, my waiter, Kiam, tried to charge me $6.50 for the drink on a Sunday, when there are supposed to be specials. I had to ask for that to be fixed. After I paid for my meal, Kiam came back and offered me a free Bloody Mary to make up for his earlier mistake, which was nice, but I was left feeling uncomfortable when he tried to pass it around to my underage friend.
On top of all this, Kiam hardly came to our table. I had to chase after him for drink refills and noticed that other tables had much better service. It felt really frustrating to watch them receive the attention we were missing.
Overall, I left disappointed and unlikely to return.
It was my first time there so I got 15 boneless wings with a couple of different sauces. I ordered the Nashville hot, buffalo, and Caribbean jerk dry rub. The sauces were awful in different ways. Nashville hot was super salty. The "dry rub" Caribbean Jerk wasn't that at all. The Buffalo sauce was super vinegary. In the ultimate disgrace to wings, they weren't tossed in the saice. It was poured over it. If you go don't get wings!
Went there for dinner tonight with my bfs family for his birthday & I was so surprised by the service & food. Cody is an incredible server!! The food was great!! It was a pleasant experience for sure. Will definitely start coming here regularly!!
Great wings and fries! They come out hot and fresh and when you need them. Side salads are very good, love their blue cheese. You can order everything at once and the salad will come first like it’s supposed to then the wings will come when you ready.
Went in after a 12 hour drive and placed a pickup order at the bar. Alex waited on me and his service was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He had a great recommendation for a beer while I waited. Food for 3 people didn't take more than 15-20 min. All of the food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be coming back when we pass back through.
Wasn't terribly busy last two times i was there but took a bit to get drinks. Food was no different. This time a couple folks in our group ordered apps and they were lukewarm at best. Just been ok. Thankfully they have cold beer.
The wings are too crispy and not soft and saucy like I would have wanted them , Popeyes has the best chicken in sturgis. Wings etc .. their funnel cake fries tasted bitter , im not sure if its the sugar on the fried dough
This is a great downtown restaurant in Sturgis to get wings and typical bar food. This is a chain, and it is on par with many of the others I have eaten at. The service was good and we have eaten here many times. We will be back.
