Ordered delivery. I ordered wings, Cauliflower Wings, loaded fries, fried pickles and Cole slaw. The fries were cold and soggy. The Cauliflower Wings were cold and under cooked. I did not receive the sauce I ordered with it. Got no veggies that you usually get. The chicken wings were dry and tasteless. I usually get good food from them, but not tonight. I feel they don't want you to order from them on the weekends. I talked them up and got boned. Fool me once... Don't see myself ordering from them again. I don't think my friends will either. Shame on you.
Last time I'll ever come here.
Our waiter was high. We were seated for an HOUR before we ordered. He messed up two drink orders, and had to come back twice to ask us what we ordered, after he wrote it down... Buffalo wild wings food is trash, and it's still better than this place. There was also only one other table seated. The service was terrible for how slow they were.
3 cheese burger was good. The fries were popping hot and crispy. The jerk boneless chicken wings were tasty as an appetizer. The waitress kept checking up on me every 10 minutes and after.
This is a very chill place to have a meal! My waitress Taylor was incredible. They played a good variety of music and everyone was super nice. I got a salad, a burger, and a side of broccoli and all of it was really good! The burger patties were a little dry, but I think that's because they're smashed on the grill. The curly fries were to die for!
I'm here on a business trip, but if I am ever back in this area or near another Wings Etc. I'll definitely be back!
The service WAS TERRIBLE!! Took forever to get waited on then took forever to get our drinks and food when they were not busy!! The waitress maybe came back once to see if we wanted anything else then all she did was ramble on about her and her grandma about who knows what!!! The Cole slaw was warm and spoiled but was not asked how food was???? We will not go back!!!!
No one EVER answers the phone at your Maysville location, and it's incredibly frustrating. I try to call to make an order, so I'm not sitting for 30 minutes in the parking lot but can't get through. Not to mention 9 times out of 10, I ask for my wings extra wet, and there is hardly ever any sauce on them at all. Need major improvement.
We ordered via doordash. The boneless chicken was sooo much better than bdubs hands down. Their mac and cheese was heavenly (and I usually don't like any restaurant mac n chs). Highly recommend trying them! They forgot the sauce for the pickles, but still satisfied.
I went in to order carryout. The bartender was missing in action the whole time I was waiting for my food. Some other guy that wasn't allowed to get my beers, got my beers. So I gave that guy a pretty decent tip for his troubles.
