Ordered 30 boneless wings To Go. Arrived at Wings etc and was met at the door by an employee. I told her my name and that I had a to go order. She said OK and proceeded to seat people who arrived AFTER me. She then kept seating people without checking on my order. Finally, after seating about four or five different parties, I asked if she could check on my order. Turns out my order had been ready all along, but I had to wait 15 minutes because she was incapable of multitasking.
Got home and the WINGS WERE BURNT AND INEDIBLE and they FORGOT my carrots and celery. We threw the whole thing in the garbage. Check out my photo to see how burnt they were…unbelievable.
Good taste, slow service, especially in orders to go, even when it's all ready to pick up. Seems like they need more people working there.
Wings and boneless were too dry.
If you are into wings at all, this is the place for you. It is rare to get such attention to detail on bone-in wings anywhere in this area. This place takes wings seriously. I ordered the TnT sauce as well as the hot buffalo sauce and was not disappointed. The wings came out hot and crisp, and extra wet just like I ordered. The bartenders were attentive and pleasant.
Great experience. Will be back again.
Nicole B - has been our server every time we have come here. She is attentive and on the ball. She remembers us every time and asks how my pregnant wife is doing. She is what service and knowing your customer is all about. 5 stars all around for her. She deserves a raise and of course the wings are great too
Came here for the first time last night! Food was great and we had Natalie as our server! She was great! Very attentive & everything came out just on time! If you dine here ask for her!
1 hour and 45 minutes to have lunch. 1 waitress and one bartender. NO ONE seating people. Food was good. The waitress was nice just overwhelmed. This was not the first time I waisted my afternoon there.
I am very hopeful that they work out the kinks. The service was top notch. However, we waited 1 hr and 20 min for our food and it was cold when it arrived. The order was missing items and by the time they were brought out, we were signing the check.... Just disappointing. We really want this location to succeed. We are going back this Saturday to complete the Wall of Flame challenge. Fingers crossed!
UPDATE: We went back on Saturday for the Wall of Flame challenge. They were out of the Wall Sauce so no challenge. Tried to order the next hottest sauce....they were out of all them above mild. Kendall, our server was very apologetic. With this being our 2nd time with "not so great results", I'm wondering if we'll go back. Maybe give them 6 months to get everything together....
Had loaded nachos. Was good but the peppers were raw. Didn't care for raw jalapeños. Philly cheesesteak was good but could have been better. Also kinda small. The wings were great.Good size cooked well. A little pricey for my pocketbook. Wasn't busy so food came quickly but be prepared to wait when it is busy.
