Best WLM Reviews
Always good food and we tried some new sandwiches this time. But wings are always great and appetizers we love them all.
Definitely will be back again.
Walked in the floor was sticky no matter where we walked. 3 tables with customers. Waited 15 min. For someone to seat us as the sign said. No one came. Seated ourselves. Finally saw a hostess go to the register for a minute then she left and didn't see her again. Waitress passed us 5 times ignored us. Hostess passed us and I said we were waiting on a server she did not respond and walked on. We left no food no service.
Went this evening and was so disappointed. It's a Saturday night and all of the servers are new. (First and second days on the job) they were struggling so much, there was nobody guiding/helping them, nobody at the host stand or at the bar so they were covering those areas too. The food was mediocre at best, we never did get all of our food/drinks and it was a complete mess. I don't blame our server, he was doing his best but was set up for failure. The location should have closed before putting their staff and customers through this.
Went in to eat in the evening 11-25-24:
4 of us were seated by the hostess at a 6 top at the end of the bar.
We patient waited for a server maybe 20 min or so.
Then a couple was seated at one of the 4 top tables in the bar and was immediately waited on and gave drink orders.
We walked out.
Servers and bar tender avoided any kind of gestures to get their attention.
We felt like we were in the middle of a standoff.
Won’t ever go back .
Seriously, why is it so hard to get good food and service. Charge an arm and leg for food, and it was worse than Buffalo Wild Wings in Marion, Indiana. Wait an hour to get beverages and another hour to get food. We have been here twice, and the results were the same both times. Do you want to know how to serve customers Wings Etc.? Go see how Culver's does it.
We had an amazing time. Lacey Cory is an amazing manager and was so nice!! We will definitely be back to see her!
I had the cauliflower wings, which are so good, I always order them. My friend had traditional wings, which she also enjoyed. My daughter had the loaded cowboy burger, which smelled awesome, and she loved. Our waitress was great, friendly, and kept our drinks filled.
Been a few years since we been at this location and I thought it was time for another try. Late morning, early afternoon sat at bar. Pretty quick service and drink... And enjoyed cheeseburger meal. Did not enjoy the tomatoes on the at all. Other than that pretty good this time! I am pleased to see wings etc uses a indiana-based condiment provider, aka the Ketchup!
