Best WLM Reviews
We recently had lunch here on a Saturday, and it was fantastic. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive, and our food was delicious. The prices here are hard to beat for the value on the food, and there was a good selection of specialty drinks. We are definitely planning on going back the next time we are looking for a casual lunch.
I put a takeout order in for 20 wings. Staff was polite when I picked it up, and they were very quick with fulfilling my order. This came to a total of $24.06 after tax, and these are the wings that we got when I opened them up at home. I’ve always loved wings but after getting wings the size of my thumbnail, this isn’t worth it.
Very good wings, my boneless wings were huge, like 8x the size of popcorn chicken. Tots, loaded are superb. The wings we ordered extra wet and they didn't disappoint. I would rate 10 stars but only goes to 5. Enjoy....our server even let my wife taste the coleslaw before ordering it, yummy.
Can’t rate food because I was never offered a menu to order anything. Came in at 9:30 on Saturday. Maybe the kitchen was closed. Sat at the bar for 30min while bartender chatted with friends at a table. Got a beer order in and she never came back.
We went pretty late at night so i wasn’t really expecting much, but they did a great job! Everything was great and the service was excellent.
This place is a perfect example of a franchise popularity giving to much power to the people who work there and losing the value of good customer service over the “we are the world famous wings etc. Attitude” that the employees spew…it’s sad because the food is great here but the employees feel empowered and like they are more important then the customers because they work at the world famous Wings etc…. I hope they get a handle on the customer service situation here before they have to start shutting some locations down or just learn to manage the loss in sales.
About 1-2 times a year for the last 5 years we have made it a tradition on my kids birthdays to order from wings, when we order we usually end up speaking to a manager as the order is anywhere from 50-100 chicken strips, extra wet and about 4-5 of the loaded fry trays, well tonight we tried to call and place an order per usual and we were met with a very rude and disrespectful lady who told us that we had never ordered strips from them that way and it's impossible and they have never sold them that way, yet I have bank statements to back that we in fact have places these orders SEVERAL TIMES, over the course of several years. We were abruptly hung up on when we replied that we had indeed placed these orders and needed to speak with a manager ( as all previous orders had always needed to be placed by a manager) Soo rude compared to how we have previously been treated during these orders.. SMH. Thanks for the sub par customer service and calling us liars.
Very delicious. The gouda cheese bites were so good. They have the best onion rings. And of course they have the best wings. You get huge chunks of delicious white meat. So good.
