Extremely long wait for our food. After ordering it took almost an hour, (over 45 minutes...) ⏳????
They do not take reservations, even for large groups. ????❌????️
I personally think they pre-cooked the chicken breast they served me. It wasn't very warm to the touch. I let my server know. She took it back, and I promise not even three minutes later she came out with a different piece. That's when I asked if they were pre-cooked. She claimed they had accidentally made an additional one... The second one was also not very warm... And they both were already cut up... The lettuce in my salad I received was completely over chopped, it was practically shredded. They diced it like tomatoes... ????????
To me, the patio sucked... It's right by road, all you hear is the traffic. There are no shades, or patio blinds to help with the sun as it sets, and. shines directly in your face. The tables outside are dirty, disgusting and tacky feeling. ????????
Wings food is consistent. It's usually pretty decent. I like the chicken wrap and tots or curly fries. I've heard they have good salads, too. We've never had bad service. Lately, we ordered dessert. The funnel cake fries and cheesecake egg rolls were FIRE!
Everything was great, but their desserts are really good, save some room for them.
I used to love wings. Prices seem to keep rising every time we come here. Today we dined in and noticed our usual wing order of 7 wings has changed from 7 wings to 6 and the price for 6 wings is more than what we used to pay for 7… Wings used to be coated in sauce now they hardly have any and are dry. We will no longer be supporting this business. Attached menu difference below.
All of our food was way overcooked and none of us ate but a couple bites. More than half of each meal was left over. We don't complain, but we did this time and the waitress almost acted offended instead of understanding. She sent the manager over and for an $85 bill, she only took $10 off. Cheese curds and curly fries were the only thing cooked right. Not impressed.
I ordered 24 wings for a pick up order. When I got home I noticed 3 of the 5 sauces I ordered were missing. And, there were 3 little pieces of celery (picture cutting one stalk of celery into 12 pieces 3" x 1/4" pieces and giving 3 of those 3" x 1/4" pieces with a 24 wing order) ,
I drove back to the restaurant to get the celery and sauces that were not packaged with my order. I was told the amount of celery I received was correct. They provide one appx 3" x 1/4" slice of celery for every 7 wing order. They did end up giving me more celery anyway.
So, I get back home and bite into the wings and find out they are overcooked. Overly crispy to the point they cause pain to eat (similar to eating Captain Crunch cereal without milk).
Hubby got the pretzels/cheese and a mushroom Swiss burger. He said it wasn't anything special... basically canned mushrooms mixed in with cheese sauce on a plain burger. No spices whatsoever.
The employees were all nice, but between whoever overcooked the wings and the guy who packaged the order and forgot 3 of the sauces (and got the $5 tip I left) they need some retraining.

There was 3 of us and one of us got nachos 1 of us got the fried you might as well say chicken parts of wings. They were chicken wing sections and the other got a hamburger with a side salad. The hamburger was very greasy, the nachos were not what I would classify as normal nachos they were pretty good but they had this white stuff drizzled on them that I would definitely leave off if I got them again, and I'd ask for extra jalapeños if you like fresh ones as I do. We got a side of onion and it was a slice with parts of outside onion on it. The server was good but she hasn't tried alot of your foods so couldn't say anymore than "alot of people do order that." She did make fresh coffee and that was good.
