The traditional wings are great. Cooked without breading and have plenty of sauce. No one likes a dry wing! Salads are good also just not very large. Best time to go is Monday so that you can mix and match several different wing sauces.
Waited almost 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged i was at front. 3 servers stood talking at a table just past the door. The host finally came back from getting a larger order and asked my name. Waited another 15 minutes for my food, which was just nachos. I was told they would be ready at a certain time. Arrived a couple of minutes past this time and still waiting almost 25-30 minutes to receive order. I understand when things are busy, but customers came in after I had been standing there and picked up orders well after my pickup time. Host was nice but needed help. Servers need to step up and greet guests, ask host if help is needed.
We ordered as a carryout. Wings were awesome. We ordered the dry rub options, which turned out to be a little on the salty side. When put with the ranch, it was better.
We have visited in person and ordered a side of fries. I would not recommend ordering in takeout, as you do not get as many, and they turn soggy in the plastic container. I would order wings again for takeout and leave fries for when I am able to eat it there.
Went in to eat tonight. Got sat right away, the guy bussing tables and seating people was fantastic. Then we meet our waitress. It was all down hill from there. After bringing our drinks we had to stop her almost 5 minutes later to get straws. We then had to have the previous mentioned host find her so we could place our order. Fast forward 40 minutes later our food comes out and our order of boneless wings was ice cold. We literally had to go find her to tell her they were cold. The remade wings came out fast and were good. Here we are a hour in and all of our drinks had been empty for over a half hour. We had to find a manager to get drink refills. It was hands down the worst experience we have ever had there. Yes they were busy, but she was just not good at her job at all. Not only that but however they printed the receipt wouldn’t allow us to have our loyalty points, I’m assuming it was done so we wouldn’t get a survey. Whoever is reading this you owe me $60 in loyalty points.
Always good food and always good service.
I used to get the chicken strips but the last couple of times I got them they were pretty awful.
However, the newly added fish tacos on the menu are absolutely amazing!
Went in at 11:10 Friday night to get an order of wings and a beer and they close at 12pm. Had just got off work framing a house. The bartender finally came out at 11:15 and she immediately told me she was trying to close “her” kitchen. I said well is the kitchen open, she said “well kinda”. I said “well can I get a beer”? She said, “well, I guess”. I couldn’t believe it! Still 45 minutes til closing! I immediately left and went to Burger King a lil ways down! I’ll never go to this establishment ever again and I used to take my family often. Their wings taste flash fry burned too, like they fry them a couple days before. Used to be great when the opened. Slow fade.
I ordered a wrap and asked for no tomatoes, hoping that I would not have a soggy dinner. Sadly, something about this wrap preparation was still super-wet and made my wrap (and fries) completely soggy on the bottom. I won't order a wrap from there again.

Moving my 3 star review to a 2 star review. I asked for a hot buffalo chicken wrap, and got home to a plain wrap. Not one drop of sauce. I don't understand. It wasn't even busy. I'm sorry, Michelle. I gave you a second chance and was let down harder than the first time.
Not bad, liked the shrimp but half the order was forgotten. By the time we received rest of food it was time to go.
