We love coming here for some wing fries. They are bombastic, service is super quick and they’re always friendly. The place has both outside and indoor seating and it’s never busy, good spot to grab a quick bite. I also recommend the jalapeño poppers.
Change the fries back, these new ones are trash, 3rd time I’ve tried them and won’t be coming back unless the fries get changed back. It’s a deal breaker. These new fries are trash, there’s no potato in them it’s just all crust. I’ve had it multiple times now and honestly not worth buying anymore.
Like the new management. Asked for extra crispy wings and extra sauce, they had no issues with that request. They have TVs inside and in the patio area. Great for watching games.
Im a traveler from Tucson, AZ and googled this place while headed back home from San Diego. My expectations were low due to the fact i wasnt familiar with the area, but i was very happy i stumbled upon Wings Empire of La Mesa! We set upon a 20pc bone in wings with buffalo fries and breadsticks to feed me my husband and 3 hungry kiddos. All this for $45! which was a deal! We consider ourselves wing experts per say. as we eat wings as much as once a week on some months. The wings came fresh, hot and saucy! the fries were the same! delicious! and these breadsticks have to be top notch for this kind of restaurant. they remind us of the really good old way Olive Garden used to make there's....overall this was a great spot for fresh hot and delicious wings! i recommend adding this to a visit must on your list of grub-spots!
Every time I come here owners are very friendly they have great customer service. Place is maintained very clean and nice. I love the Garlic or chipotle tender and the bread is amazing. Always warm and fresh. I will continue to come here. Thank you for always being so friendly and kind to everyone and to me.
I thought the wings were juicy. We got wings and chicken tenders and I enjoyed both. We got mild buffalo sauce which was very mild (and I'm sensitive to spice). Next time I would go up to medium.
Staff was friendly and professional. The food, however, was bad. It tasted good, but the after effects were abhorrent. I don't know what kind of oil they use for their fries, but it was completely indigestible. I'm not gonna go into detailed description, but it was disastrous.
Yeah, I know, fast food is cooked in fryers and stuff, but the oil they used for this batch was toxic. I was sicker than all get out for two days.
I'm just saying.
Mia the cashier was excellent service from the very start. She welcomed me with great and cheerful attitude. In addition she offered an amazing deal for the food that I purchased and to top it all off she continued to assist me with anything that I needed. I give this place and cashier 5 starts
