The lady talked to in front was nice. I told her about the reviews I read about their restaurant. I told her that the wings they ordered were undercooked. She was kinda surprised. I told her to please cook the wings properly.
I was glad I did tell them because the wings were properly cooked and crispy with spicy sauce. So I gave a 4 Star review and everything was delicious. I would order again soon.
Ordered through uber eats and called restaurant to complain about the metal shaving stuck in the chicken batter no one helped or take accountability for the hazard and still no refund or anything like it's some every day occurrence no one cares and their food was about to be fed to a child as well. Shame on both companies they don't care what happens to customers eating their food.
As soon as i call the guy puts me on hold and didnt even say hi. I ordered and the guy clearly was distracted and couldn't hear me (maybe turn down the music in the restaurant to be a little more accurate) when I placed my order on the phone, he never repeated my order back. When I get home they gave me 20 bone in wings instead of 20 tenders. I call back and the guy was very rude, he said not to contradict you but you said 20 wings, he told me you are going to have to bring them back. I said that is fine. He said he was going to start making the tenders. I gave it like 15 minutes before heading back. I still had to wait almost 10 more minutes. Never did a recieve a sorry or anything to compensate THEIR mistake! I just got a bunch of dirty looks! Why would I lie and want to drive ALL the way back over there! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! TRY ANOTHER LOCATION!
This is the second time I've ordered the Buffalo fries. I couldn't recall if I liked them the first time because it was a while ago, so we went to try them again. Unfortunately, I wasn't too happy with the flavor of the Buffalo fries. It had an off flavor to it like that of bad cream.
I probably won't come back for it. My daughter had bone in wings and she said it was good so I added a star. Think I enjoyed the celery and ranch the best.
Wow after all these years ther changed the size of the medium Buffalo fries, guess I'm not coming back here sucks too really liked this place
Today I took lemon peppers and buffalo chicken wings, how disappointed!! It's the second time that their chicken's wings were no crisps, uncooked!I mean how hard is to let them cook a bit more, how a chicken wings's place doesn't know when is time to take them off, that was my second time(and last) the first time ( before covid) I thought was a bad day , after a year still with the soggy chicken skin!
I would give a 0 if I could. First, i tried to call there phone number and it rang for 5 minutes and no one answered. You called back and it stayed busy for another 10 minutes, my wife went into their and other people were complaining about the staff not answering/leaving phone off the hook. Now to the food, i know it is a wing store but I wanted to try their baby back ribs. I ordered a 1/2 rack for $20.99 and they were the worst ribs. Dry and like beef jerky. What made it worse was it looked like a 1/4 rack, 5 bones is not a 1/2 rack. I wish I was there so I could talk to the manager or owner. What a waste of money.
Just started throwing up 1 hour after eating your wings mango habanero. Tuesday wings are really old wings. Prob salmonella i dont know
