The boneless wings are massive and amazing. I recommend the Sweat Thai Chili. I wanted to lick the plate. The garlic aoli fries were also amazing. Can't wait to eat here again!
The one star was for the manager recommending me to order another day as the oil was the problem when the problem was everything was overcooked and the oil was filthy. The fish and chips looked like cow patties and the wedges were just salty burnt garbage. Did the manager offer to replace it in the future, yes, am i cool with that? no - evening ruined because it was the wrong time of the week according to Rickie.
Pitiful - disgusting.
I placed an order for wings online about 4:30 PM. I completed the order went to select delivery turns out they don’t deliver. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. I called the location. Excuse was that their location doesn’t deliver and neither do any of the ones in Modesto But all the other franchises do which I thought was a little bit ridiculous and then proceeded to place the order online and I signed up for the rewards which offered me a coupon which I tried to use at check out, and it said it did not qualify for my order so I called the location once again, and spoke to the same person which I found out was the manager, and she explained to me that that coupon does not work Online only in person or for carryout I asked if I Could place the over over the phone and give her the code once I arrive and she said yes I placed the order I show up to pick up my order. My order is wrong. There are maybe four people sitting in this establishment. It is now 5:20 PM. My re-order is complete and guess what it’s wrong again it is now 5:52 PM and I’m driving back home. I’m all for people making mistakes and not being perfect but the lack of customer service and the lack of poor management is ridiculous. I’m not sure if she really was the manager, but I sure hope not. I just moved out here and based on the reviews, I read it seemed like a good place to come eat. The food tasted good, but I will not be back due to service.
So surprisingly good! I’m a very picky eater when it comes to wings, by the photos I expected soggy wings. No! They were perfect texture! The fries were amazing! Tots So good! Flavors were ridiculously good! The nice server Brandon suggested a bbq flavor that I forgot the name of and I’m so glad I took his advice. It was so good! In all I’m surprised. It said they had 3.9 stars so I expected food that was not great. I found my new regular spot though.
Huge wings. Recommended the ghost pepper ranch. It's decently hot but nothing that will make a pepper head quit.
It is really good food. Quality speed and portion sizes are well done. The fries were dang good too, perfect with chicken wings! And their blue cheese is on another level. Literally the best I've ever had.
I’m a bit mixed with this spot. The onion rings and parmesan ranch fires were great! We also ordered 25 boneless wings, 5 different flavors (Honey, Old Bay, Garlic Parm, Curry, and Korean). The Garlic Parm and Korean were our top two flavors. This place ain’t no buffalo wild, but it’s not a bad choice if you don’t want to make that drive. We also ordered the tots appetizer (a potato ball with a cheese sauce) which was okay. Not in our photos is the delicious blue cheese dressing sauce for wing dipping- you need this! Probably the best dipping sauce I’ve ever had! Finally for our drinks we ordered the Long Island and Mango Moscow mule, can’t complain about the drinks as they turned out great. The plate presentation for the wings was meh, the photos I took are how our wings looked when they were brought to our table.
Their food is delicious!! Unfortunately the inconsistencies when I order through food delivery apps is just absolutely terrible. 9 out of the 10 times that I have ordered from them through GrubHub, my order has been wrong, has the wrong item, and at times even missing items completely. It’s very frustrating especially when one of my family members gets left without food. One time, they did go above and beyond when I called the restaurant about their mistake, the manager was kind enough to have an employee deliver the missing items to me since I live right down the street. Unfortunately, the discrepancies have continued and it’s discouraging to order from them again. I’m sure you’ll have a good experience if you’re eating at the restaurant but as far as delivery goes, I would pass.
The sad reality is this place for hot wings and onion rings and they're both very bad
Wings are deep fried to death you don't know if you're eating chicken or you're eating bone super crunchy I think I broke a tooth.
The Cajun wings absolutely flavorless literally flavorless not even salt and pepper.
The blue cheese is this thick weird version of ranch with chunks of something in it did not taste like blue cheese at all
The bathroom smell really bad which I didn't learn to after my experience cause that's usually a telltale sign that the operation is no good if they can't even keep the bathroom clean which is open to the public imagine what's happening in the kitchen.
