Went for lunch, had the buffalo chicken sandwich. I may as well have had a breading sandwich, the piece of chicken they used was so thin it dried out out the chicken like I said more breading than chicken. The wings were cold and lacking sauce. I won’t mention the awkward silence because the music was so low.
Table was full of hairs when we got seated. When food arrived there was hair in my son's food. Food was cold, they forgot my side salad. I really like going to this location, but this time around I was very disappointed with the service.

Me and my friend Vel decided to dine in here, for brunch and we had a fantastic time, amazing food and the best servers.
I had really enjoyed my servers company (I think her name was Sophia), sweet young lady, despite being so visibly ill she still was so helpful and even gave recommendations. I will definitely come back! I hope she gets well soon.
Staff was nothing but rude, just rushing us out the way. Got the wrong drinks, wrong bill, and refused to give us our change. Hostess and server (Simon) were extremely unprofessional in their handling of the situation, and we got short on change.
They give nothing but excuses.
The person who served us (Sophia) did a wonderful job serving us, even tho she was noticeably ill. she had a great attitude and when she had to unfortunately leave she made sure to tell us the new servers name. Thank you to Sophia for serving us. We will definitely be coming back soon???? (from table 61&63)
Esthela was the best server. Very attentive and just amazing. You have to go and ask for her. Food was great!
My baby nephew had his burger King meal at the restaurant and the manager was being extremely rude. While I understand his reasoning behind it, he didn't have to give attitude. We immediately took his meal and put it away. The only reason we went there was because we had already gotten him something to eat so the adults could be able to enjoy our time at the restaurant. Besides the nachos were cold and it hardly had any cheese. The waiter took forever to give us refills. Overall terrible experience.
