Place is clean and empty and there is a reason why. The food is very bland and the service is slow as well as business. We sat at a booth where the kitchen was visible and we spotted one of the cooks with her hair down without a hat nor a hairnet on her head. UNSANITARY. We also noticed our food being ready on the kitchen window but our server was at another booth playing on her phone. I ordered boneless wings that had a very thick layer of fat and the sauce was very watery. This felt like a huge downgrade from roosters’s which for less the cost gives you more chicken on the wings and better flavor. Will probably not come back to this place when there is better options out there.
Love this place the wings are to die for???? always fresh, you can customize your wings with no Xtra charge and the blue cheese let's just say the cherry on top.
Just don't Waist your time this place was empty and service was still terrible. Waiter only placed half the order. We should've known it would be terrible because there were only 4 people in the whole restaurant. Just got to anywhere but here. Absolutely TERRIBLE. The worst.
So we came in thinking it would be good but service was terrible are food was some what OK my wife had hair in her food my wedges were hard and cold never got refills the place was empty and waited for ever for are stuff I do not recommend
This place is crazy! The water tasted moldy which was acknowledged by our server as “stale lemonade” due to sharing a dispenser. It was strange! I’ve never been given the choice of stale lemonade-water or no water at a restaurant before, especially because I’m guessing there’s a sink in the kitchen somewhere. As another first, I’ve never had skin-on chicken tenders but that’s the only explanation for the texture of my meal. The only redeeming quality of having dinner here was the company I was with!
Order online for pickup , ordered 15 smoked wings. Picked out sauce and then I guess the more wings you order you don’t get celery so had to pay for it. Got there when our food was to be ready and they told us 10 more mins. There may have been 5 customers in the restaurant on a Sunday evening. No sauce came in the wings which I guess is normal for the smoked wings but there wasnt enough sauce in the container for half the wings. No celery in the bag. Called the store to see what the whole deal was. Gentleman that answered was kind and put me on a hold I assume a manager came in and just kinda laughed and said what’s the issue. I explained to her twice. Said I guess I won’t be coming back and she had the nerve to say that’s fine. Wings where solid but most where small. Sauce was good but not enough and then didn’t get the celery and the manager that came to phone should probably not be in a customer service position.
Absolutely ridiculous. Every table was piled with dirty dishes. I sat for about ten minutes at the bar and no server was in sight. A busser finally went to get someone. I ordered a drink, and was told they're not serving alcohol because they had no bartender. I left and will never return. This place needs a manager that knows what they're doing.
Absolutely awesome service from our waiter Mr.Antonio i believe is his name he gave us great service kept us updated on our drinks+ meals and check in on us periodically as he should! Definitely coming back this was my 1st time eating at this location or restaurant period and wasn't disappointed. Great service food environment was nice social distancing was practice and employees was sanitizing areas regularly with masks worn as well????✊????????
