Best WLM Reviews

We had pretty good wings and the service was good. The nachos were excellent! They were out of medium sauce? Don't you just make more? The hot tasted like Franks straight from the jar and the mild is a honey bbq. We were there during peak dinner time on the 4th of July!
Went into wing house tonight and our server greeted us at the door and told us to sit wherever we’d like that she’d be right over to which she was and promptly got us our drinks and took our order. While sitting it was obvious the AC wasn’t on, there were 3 thermostats visible so unlikely all units were broken. The servers could see fanning themselves with menus and it was easily over 90 in there. The roll up doors over the bar were closed and the fans weren’t on. We asked to turn the fans on and were told they couldn’t turn them on but didn’t offer an explanation as to why. At this time we asked our server if we could just get our food to go whenever it was ready and she was very friendly and willing. She also offered apologies that she didn’t owe as she was the only positive of our visit. She brought out our food and I pad the bill leaving her a tip of 25% to be clear she understood we weren’t leaving because of the service. It should also be noted that I not once saw any type of management. Got back to our hotel and bit into our food and our wings were raw. Not even close to done. I come to Daytona often and the last 3-4 times I’ve eaten at this wing house the food has been AWFUL. The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves for whoever they hired to manage it cause they are terrible and should be as far from management as humanly possible, Straight TRASH.
Wing House Daytona Beachside has been a favorite spot of mine for over a decade, offering a reliable combination of delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. However, in the past year, the overall experience has noticeably declined. The quality of the food, once consistently excellent, has become quite inconsistent, with dishes that used to be flavorful and well-prepared now often arriving cold or poorly cooked. The service, which used to be prompt and attentive, has suffered as well, with longer wait times and staff that seem less engaged and courteous.
The physical condition of the building has also deteriorated significantly. The once vibrant and clean environment now shows clear signs of neglect, from worn-out furnishings to cleanliness issues. It's disheartening to see a place that once felt like a second home fall into such disrepair. Despite these issues, I hold out hope that Wing House Daytona Beachside can return to its former glory, as it has been a cherished part of my dining experience for many years.
This evening was another great night at WingHouse. Alexa tended the bar like a champion. No one had an empty glass or bottle. All the time, smiling and making sure you knew she was happy to see you. And then you add Biviana...wow...covering tables, taking orders and and making things happen. And most places the manager sits in the back room...not Ashley. She was checking to make sure everyone was getting what they needed. The kitchen staff could not have been more on top of the orders. Always a great time with outstanding service!!!!
I've been here all evening and have seen nothing less than total and complete satisfactory service.
We just left.... The waitress automatically thought we were poor or something and we had to eat off the same plate. She immediately told us without cause we couldn't share the unlimited wings. I let her know she was ahead of herself. She just had to do a rebuttal that's she wasn't but my order you see that she was. The place was nice. The food was delicious. We all enjoyed the food. I gave the atmosphere a 3 due to the bathroom.
This place is average at best. The atmosphere is meh unless you’re here for ladies in skimpy outfits. We felt they looked more like strippers than waitresses. Maybe I’m just use to uniforms like at Hooters. What I can give them points on is friendless. Our wings were alright. We opted for mild instead of medium. The sauce on the wings was sticky and didn’t go well with ranch. As for my drink. They said they had an open bar. I really dislike this because it means they make what they want and not what you order. They don’t have a blender. I asked for a piña colada on the rocks. They came back and said they could make something. Similar with pineapple. I said it was fine. It tasted like straight up pineapple. Our mozzarella sticks were alright until they cooled down. The bathrooms needed a facelift and a detailed cleaning. Overall, this is a place to be skipped. You can eat better elsewhere.
If I could give this place zero stars, I most certainly would. Let's delve into my experience, starting with the wings – I opted for the buffalo style. They were not breaded as expected, but what was even more disheartening was the rubbery texture of the chicken skin. When ordering buffalo-style wings, one typically anticipates a crispy, well-fried exterior, but this was far from the case.
Moving on to the overall ambiance and cleanliness of the establishment, it's described as a winghouse with a typical setup of high-top tables and regular tables. This part of the experience was unremarkable but also had its fair share of issues. The main problem arose when I ventured into the bathroom. I must say, the state of the restroom was nothing short of disgusting. It was evident that the cleaning regimen was severely lacking. The stalls were filthy, and every corner of the bathroom seemed to be plagued by neglect. I understand that this might be a high-traffic area, but that's no excuse for such poor upkeep. The bathroom's deplorable condition truly marred the overall impression of the restaurant.
Moreover, the entire establishment appeared to be worn down. It was as if the restaurant had seen better days and was in dire need of renovation. Despite these glaring issues, I must admit that the service was surprisingly good. I don't have any complaints about the attentiveness and politeness of the staff, which was a silver lining in an otherwise disappointing experience.
But when it comes down to it, the subpar wings and the deplorable bathroom condition were the deal-breakers for me. Although the food had some flavor, the rubbery, poorly fried wings left a lot to be desired. Given my experience at this particular location, I have no intention of returning, and I'm left with reservations about visiting any other branch of this winghouse in the future.
Overall, it's a place with potential that's overshadowed by glaring issues in food quality and hygiene.
We had the pleasure of dining at WingHouse and were absolutely blown away by the incredible service we received. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable.
Our server, Alexa, was truly a star! She was attentive, friendly, and anticipated our every need. Despite the bustling atmosphere, Alexa maintained a warm and genuine demeanor, making us feel like we were her top priority. When she became momentarily busy with other guests, Biviana seamlessly stepped in to ensure we were taken care of, showing excellent teamwork and care.
The leadership was equally impressive. Ashley, the manager, took time to walk the floor, personally check in with us, and even engage in friendly conversation. Her presence and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident, and it added a personal touch to our experience.
This team’s dedication to hospitality creates an environment that’s both welcoming and memorable. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for outstanding service and a wonderful dining experience. Bravo, Alexa, Biviana, and Ashley—thank you for making our evening extraordinary!
