Nice Spot to lay your head and get some rest or do whatever you do. Good value for a Really nice room ???? . Clean/Hot Bath/Shower . No Bugs ! ????. Decent hotel breakfast. Front desk guy was nice and helpful . I got no complaints, and I'm not super picky although picky enough. It's a good deal . Quiet ???? and no crazy people around .
We had a great stay at this place. The staff is super friendly. The room was clean and well equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was great to have a pool, as it was super hot when we visited. There were also some complimentary towels by the pool, so no need to bring the one from your room. The hotel also has a business centre and workout room.
Breakfast was pretty good. There was a good selection of hot and cold foods.
Let me first say, the customer service was GREAT! He was polite and very welcoming. We came down from Louisville for a football tournament. However, we had ROACHES in our room!!! That is a big NO NO for us. I'm sorry, we never stayed at a hotel that had them or any other pests ???? That's very disappointing... My suggestion is hire a pest control company and get this problem RESOLVED fast!!
I've been staying that this hotel four days a week for the last 6 months for work. The staff is awesome, the complementary breakfast is good, pool is always kept clean during season. Rooms are kept clean and kept clean as well. Happy to have my company booking with them.
Pretty solid hotel, especially for the price. They have recently updated things throughout. You can tell there are still some small details within the room that could use updated. Stayed here for a week for work. I thought the price was very reasonable and the front desk staff was extremely friendly.
I made a reservation with them, and upon arriving was told that I did not have a reservation. I showed them a copy of the email I had from "bookonline.com" and they informed me that I should call the reservation company and cancell the reservation. I did, and received a response that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I waited in the lobby for over two hours, and ended up going somewhere else. The issue I have with the property, is that when the insurance company that I paid to assure I would get a refund for something exactly like this called the front desk, they said I was a "NO SHOW" which is absolutely false!!! No integrity whatsoever. Upon looking at the property, it was probably best I didn't stay there. Plenty of sketchy things going on in the parking lot, homeless people hanging around wanting handouts, and overall felt kind of sketchy.
Positive: Reasonable price, convenient location, friendly staff. Negative: Fox ?News? was on in the breakfast room. I find that highly offensive. They?re not a news organization. They?re a misinformation organization paying huge fine for lying.
Booked through what I thought was their site but apparently some 3rd party site was happy to take the reservation and money but nothing at the hotel showed up. Front desk was as helpful as they could be but nothing to help with the stay or the reservation. Only reason I was going to stay was everything else was booked. This is why I try to stay at major brands.
