The food was great. We had a large group (11 people) and the waitress did ok at first, but we didn't see the waitress again after our food came. No drink refills, no "bottomless" fry refills.... we needed some to- go orders and couldn't put it in until we were all done with everything. When we finally got our check, we were informed the gratuity was already added because of the group size. That's fine, but is that why we were ignored most of the time? Gratuity shouldn't be automatic if it causes the service to be bad.
I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because it was FREEZING.
Our waitress, Air, was amazing. My order was not correct and she immediately fixed it before I could ask her about it. We did have a small issue with the forgotten popcorn but she made it better.
We always love going here and we always get great food and service.
I have been very impressed with the great service every time I have been here in the last 12 months, it has quickly become a family favorite. The food is great and they have many options, the rebel taco's are amazing. The atmosphere is nice and laid back
The BEST Wingers!!
Very impressed with our meal this evening, and even more blown away by our amazing service. Our waitress Kailey did an exceptional job refilling our drinks quick, getting our orders correctly, making sure we had everything we needed at all times and more! Thank you very much Kailey and staff!
The food was just as impressive. The Sticky Finger Burger was an absolute beast! So much flavor, juicy, meaty, hot, and all around delicious.
The food did not disappoint in the slightest.
Overall great prices for great food and people!
Visit in May 2022: We had a great experience other than the salads. You can see from the pictures that the lettuce was not properly chopped and they've recently switched to serving salads on plates instead of bowls which is a freaking mess! Everything else was wonderful- the staff was friendly, service was quick, and our sticky fingers were absolutely delicious!!
Without the salad issues, this would've been a 5 star experience!
Edit to update: I've been back since to give them another go (because let's be real, they have the best wings in town) and the food (including the salad) was all spot on!! Added a pic of our delicious wings and sticky fingers that were top tier! Review updated to 5 stars after this visit!
First time we have tried Wingers. I got a wrap with chips & salsa. My husband got a burger & fries. Both plates were really good. I look forward to going back. The popcorn when we first sat down was a nice addition. Staff was friendly & attentive.
Morgan was an amazing server! She was friendly, quick, and got our order right. She made sure that we didn’t feel ignored and our drinks were never empty. The restaurant was clean and bright. The only downside of this visit was that the music was quite loud.
I haven't been here in awhile, so since the last time I've been the sticky fingers have changed in a kinda sad way... but I took 9 minutes for our server to greet us, at the lunch rush we showed up too.. Everyone has a day it happens, she was very friendly though and allowed us to change tables because our party had a pregnant gal who couldn't skinny into the "6 top both". Popcorn is good, the fries are great, and everything else was also pretty great!
