Me and my mother were driving through the area, and decided to try this place. First time ever hearing of Wingbonz. The food here was amazing!
The customer service was great! A great location to dine in and eat!
Warm welcome as soon as we walked in. We are new to the area. The wings are crispy, wide sauce selection, -cooked to order, price reasonable, and the atmosphere is clean. The manager even visited our table to check on us! We have found a new wing Home!!!! Hats off and many blessings to this establishment!
This is so ridiculous I ordered what I wanted and got this in return paid and when I called the kitchen is now closed and they can just adjust my credit card for $2!!!! That’s not the point you can’t just adjust for $2 you messed up my WHOLE FREAKING MEAL that was my lunch while on lunch break I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK I ADVISE ANYONE ELSE CHECK YOUR STUFF BEFORE LEAVING!!!!! Absolutely disappointed in the customer service and food!!!! SMH DO BETTER
My family and I have been eating here for years. Well after the rude and careless staff we will never eat wingbonz again. There are so many more chicken places coming into rock hill so if they want to survive they may want to start putting a little more pride in what they do.
The customer service is supreme I never leave reviews but Darcy made me feel like I was right at home so I insisted on letting yall know! Service top tier food is great!
Great food and our server was amazing! It took a little extra time for the food (training new cook), but our server stayed on top of it, kept us updated, and kept checking on us. The food was well worth the wait! My husband and son got the bonz burger and I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. Oh and the wings are HUGE! We left there stuffed!
I got the Ming Wings, they were delicious, exactly what I wanted and I like only drums and they kindly did that for me. Will be back soon!
I am only giving this place 3 stars because the chicken, fries, and appetizers are great OTHERWISE I would give this location 1 star. The sweet tea the last 4 times I’ve been to this location has consistently been sour, unsweetened, or out. My family (my husband, my 2 year old, and myself) waited 53 minutes for 2 finger baskets, a kids chicken basket, and fried pickles. I understand being short staffed isn’t helping their service speed, BUT for them to be self service minus them bringing out food the service was extremely slow. I even left a 18% tip since you pay upfront now instead of after your meal and that. The booster seats were DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. $43 spent was not worth it at this location. If you really want to eat wingbonz go to the 1910 Cinema drive location. Much better service, cleaner environment, and delicious sweet tea.
