Best WLM Reviews
This place is currently being remodeled but the is very functional, roomy, well taken care of and the new management (Josh) is a great dude! Breakfast is always served on time, shower pressure is excellent, rooms are always clean and tidy. I have absolutely no complaints. Thanks for the great service and stay!
Stayed two nights, clean, very pleasant, and quiet. Ample hot water. The breakfast nook was not only spacious, but well-stocked and maintained. The only drawback to the hotel is its location, while close to the I-83/Rt 30 interchange the hotel is perched on a steep hill. Rt 30 (Arsenal Rd), the main drag, can be tedious with heavy traffic and only a few turn around spots to reverse direction. For food there is a Friendly's and a Denny's for simple fare about a quarter mile away.
This was a fantastic stay-- far less than a Hilton and better than some Hiltons that I've stayed in recently. The room was large and very clean, and I could hear a few footsteps from above but otherwise sleep quality was high. Breakfast is basic but perfectly adequate, and it was well-stocked with black tea. Staff is friendly and attentive. Traffic can be a little bad in the area around rush hour but it's in a good location with fast food and grocery stores across the street, and a CVS very close. Looking forward to my next stay.
Positive: The manager is awesome and all the staff are excellent, each in their area of expertise. You really feel like this place welcomes you. It's at the crossroads of two major highways, but you will feel like you are in a wooded alcove. Negative: ""
Located in a convenient location with everything around you, yet pretty closed out with not much noise pollution. Rooms were great although when I was showering, I wound up sneezing a lot for whatever reason. Room key kept messing up, though desk lady made sure to help me with that.
Positive: The location, the free breakfast, the comfortable bed, the reasonable price. Negative: The room was decent but not as clean as I hoped. There was blood on the ceiling in the room. The bathroom was a little dirty- the floor had been moped with a dirty mop, there were dirt circles. The sink faucet was dusty. The hotel was a little run down
This place was great. Room was nice, people were nice, breakfast included. We only stayed one night and the breakfast was ok. Egg patties were a bit watery and the sausage links were just barely cooked. Otherwise it was about what I expected. They had bagels/cream cheese, cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker (so good!). I did leave a few comments about the eggs and sausage so hopefully they take them into consideration. I would definitely stay here again though! We laid over to be closer to Hershey Park so we could get there before they opened without having to get up super early.
My review is mixed....the good: exterior, parking area taken care of. Interior...common areas and hallways clean In the room, it was clean and bug-free. A/C, TV, shower, hairdryer, lights all worked fine. The not so good: Bathtub had an unsightly large imbedded stain that did not come out, alarm clock did not work at all, some stains and some burns in carpet.
